Incredible upload. Watching this is like traveling back in time. Danny is an absolute virtuoso. He looks so relaxed as he played. He has so many different and interesting ways of playing over a chord progression. What a special treat it is to be able watch the great Danny Gatton do his thing. He is simply amazing.

Lucky, lucky, lucky people that were there. This setting, and these band mates are the Gatton performances I like the best. This is great American music.

When I wrote my Goldmine piece on Randy Newman "I Don't Want To Hear It Anymore" was one of early songwriting credits he got. Jerry Butler did the original with Scott Walker and Dusty Springfield covering it too.
