Now I'm 30 and I listen to music in a completely different way. The main theme for Edward Scissorhands is a masterpiece. Too bad people often say it's scary music. Death metal is scary music for me. It's kinda weird hearing him talk. His speaking voice is so different from his singing voice.
What a great interview. Top notch interviewer there.
Looks like he crawled up from some hellish portal.
What a beautiful mind!
I love this man so much.
Danny is hard-core musical wizardry!!
Met him in 1982 when he played at USC with Oingo Boingo! He wrote ‘Violent Love’ on my hand.
Amazingly and delightfully weird. Love the guy!
He is incredible And that body at that age - awesome
My favourite work from Danny Elfman would by far have to be the Spider-Man movies.
I'm just stunned that this is the same guy who did the Spiderman and Men in Black music, and conversely Silver Lining playbook

Boingo was the ultimate.
Elfman! Need I say more? Except for Danny.... Kudos brother. Love watching your success unfold....
The scissorhands music always moves me to tears 😢
real talent
STILL my favorite film composer.
He is definitely s genius I’ve been a Danny Elfmsn fan as long as I can remember The Penguin in Batman (Danny Devito) is one of favorite characters and for Elfmsn to have written the score brought it full circle for me He is soooo underrated
wonderful
I remember him in the band oingo boingo back in the 80s ...
Fascinating.
It takes a deeply feeling person to create deeply profound movies
Good voice 🎉 🎼
My childhood during tough times
Yoshikage Kira with the hand obsession.
I would like to know his workout routine and diet. Dude looks damn good for his age. 🤯

He eats mostly pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free and does intermittent fasting. Also does cardio every day and weight training. Healed torn rotator cuffs with exercise alone.
He's not creepy....he's done more in it life!
I was changed by Edward Scissorhands as a kid. It was the music.
Boy do I wanna be in a Danny Elfman Interview
He's awesome
I knew he was nice! Amazing!
I have a question. At the end of the video there’s a HUGE Halloween Background on the Huge Screen. Where can I get that Halloween Background for My Computer to use as Wallpaper????

do you not know that ?
Back in the 80s , I loved Oingo boingo, and a magazine gave the band a review. They called talentless hacks. I thought it was such a bullshit review. I am so glad Danny Elfman went on to prove the clueless hack so very wrong. I Love Danny ❤️ 😍
It's just another day for Danny.
Danny Elfman is scored Pixar Animation Studio and Danny Elfman is scored Fantastic Beasts.

Actually Pixar never hired him. Danny suspects they hold a grudge against him for making so much noise bothering the Pixar people next door when the CalArts music instructor let him play gamelan.
He looks like a clown faced character from one of Burton's movies. Amazing.
What's crazy is Ooing Boingo was such a bro band in the 80s.
Tim Burton's cast in nearly every movie: Michael Keaton, Johnny Depp, Helena Bonahm Carter, with Danny Elfman as composer.
ahhhh i love to know an idol of mine shares an idol, peter lorre.
He’s starting to turn into Jack
