selfishness... there are plenty in that area and you can definitely share.
Why bother settling there unless you can compete with the neighbors FPV-Drone, they're using to startle big-game onto their own property while stalking them & spooking them into ambush on someone else's property: Best bet; is to use the neighbors tactics and sabotage their drones.
Guess what it's only going to get worse.
