Forgiveness is a difficult thing to find, and I understand your point of view, it's absolutely wrong what Danny did to his mam, but if we are going to pass judgement on Danny can we at least judge him for all the good and all the bad he has done in his life so far and then pass judgement, I know he regrets what he did I hear his pain, he definitely deserves forgiveness, he ain't perfect and the day I'm perfect is the day I'll point the finger at other people and pass judgement, forgiveness is the key to a fulfilling life, filled with serenity and contentment. Trust me I know all about forgiveness and it's benefits.

I think Danny is a top lad and an awesome fighter. Decca loves his drama but also a class fighter (when fit). When both fit I recon it’s hard to call a winner. First fight was probs best overall seen on the KZread platform. I’d keep away if I was Danny and not get involved

Are you actually talking about the same DC here??? Guy has relapsed multiple times. Clean? Give it a rest. Maybe in the junkie world of a handful of weekends on the trot. Look at DC's record with women, especially his current partner who her herself posted up on fb the many instances of violence he has done against her and others. This was fairly recent too, certainly not years ago. Give it a rest with this clean living, god fearing man whos turned his life around as a born again Christian. He hasnt. Better finances? Sure. Imo Decca vs Brown was nowhere near as one side as you made out there Bill, no disrespect. If Decca was actually given fairplay he may well have won, he let Robbie up when Robbie tapped him, Robbie corner man flagged Paul to stop and ask if they wanted to shake hands after Decca landed a night right hand giving Robbie time to recover. And as far as not being able to get someone off you who is trained in Jui Jitsu off you is ludicrous, weight only makes a difference when both competitors are trained, if you are untrained on the ground you have no idea how vulnerable you are until you're on it with someone who is trained. Recon Decca should go a blow the cobwebs off first, Danny been competing at a high level for a while now. Have a quick tune up and meet at Xmas. All the best Bill.

Said it before I’ll say it again … Danny Christie’s ego is so ridiculous if he was chocolate he’d eat himself … Needs bringing down off his I’m this and that mouth . The first fight . Decca came down by himself with his old man that gym had (let’s face it) all of Danny’s mates , Decca would of definitely felt that he was going to be done in had he gone full bore on Danny and I can bet 100% that he felt he was being set up so probably wasn’t at his best due to this not to mention the meds he was on !!! So lastly with that all in mind Decca never dropped once (unlike Danny to his knee) which whatever excuse he cries with he wanted it to stop there , ok he carried on probably due to feeling obliged but Decca in my opinion had a worse injury , not his fittest and not that confident mentally but still achieved what he did and never so much as went down slightly …… Imagine what he’d do to Danny if he was fit in camp with fair play both ends ….. Danny wouldn’t last a round . One tough man Decca .. Yeah Christie is aswell but “the big I am” attitude speaks volumes about the rest of him …. So team Decca all day Just an opinion aswell ..👍

Danny got his name from the back of slating Decca. A fully focused, clean Decca would smash them all i believe. He didnt have the heart against Brown and shown to much respect..even allowed Robbie to get up after he tapped. Decca needs to be more menacing and go in there with a killers mentality.

If Decca gets his head in gear.. so to speak, and does a proper 10/12 week camp.. gets his stamina and strength 💪 sorted it should be a banger. The 1st fight was off the cuff...fight? Now? Deal! Lol , with the right build up etc.. has got BANGER written all over it. And Decca earns a decent wedge.. fair play to DC for throwing him a bone.

Big time I love Billy I know Danny personally I speak to him and that is the worst unknowable and bias breakdown of a fight ever absolutely clueless in everything he said with regards to the fight and Decca not being to get Robbie off him unless he knows a BJJ fighter then nobody of any size it’s probably easier when they are bigger even nobody would get Robbie off them if they wasn’t trained to fight on the floor got absolute zero to do with weight at all does BJJ I thought he would know that

In all fairness billy if you fought that young lad who does MMA and he got hold of you there is no way you’re just throwing him off, he’ll sub you in no time at all. When these lads get you it’s over. We all have an ego but BJJ is made for the smaller man to dominate and I would put my house on him finishing you, me and Decca in the same night with ease.

I'm no authority on these fighters but i recognise trauma when i see it. Danny is a damaged guy, but i like his character. Sadly he self sabotages, hence the return to treating his pain. If he addresses it with the right help and support he can move on and perhaps be a better fighter or even stop before the damage is done. I respect both fellas for just getting in the ring. My heart wants Danny i guess, but Heggie's a tough lad

To be fair, decca was way overweight and unfit when he fought danny. The fight with Robbie Brown was all in, and decca had a chance to end the fight with a kick to the head of Robbie but didn't take it.

They’ll be no first round demolition not a chance, DH just edges it for me, takes a shot better and will hit harder. If he comes fit and sober hard man to beat in that game especially up close in a clinch will tire the other one out

Dc left the ring first in that fight, when decca was still ready for more. Decca never got dropped, dc did twice!

A fit Heggie beats Christie in my opinion. Christie's puch resistance looks shot after that Warren fight, Heggie will stand and trade with him till the cows come home, there's no question regarding his durability.

Way off the mark here Billy lad! As if Danny would destroy him in 1 round. Decca is a unit. Also the Robbie Brown fight, as soon as it went to ground, Robbie did well but we could see that the fair play guys were protecting Robbie. Decca could easily have landed bombs on him whilst they were on the floor but he let Robbie off each time, and let him get back up. Get your tongue out of Christies backside

In fairness Bill that Brown kid that was an MMA fight if wss Queensbury Des would of folding him as Said nobody likes Des but he can have a go and take a Shot all day i do think DC wins but not one round that lump can take serious punishment Dc all day but later rounds will just fold him up

Completely agree Bill fitness with a touch of power and balls is hard to beat by bulk and knackered aggression. Bigger you get shorter your duration before gassing. Im now 52 and strong and heavy - but the 26 year old me would defo ruin the 52 yr old version :)

Well lets be fair, it was an anything goes fight with Robbie Brown who is an mma fighter, it wasnt a stand up bare knuckle fight. Robbie has had 4 fights for the BKFC and has lost 2 them. in a bkfc ring Heggie stops Robbie. I think Heggie stops Danny this time if they fight, Danny cuts very easily these days and i dont think his chin is what it was when they first fought. If it happens i would be wanting Danny to win but being honest i just cant see it. If Heggie drops Danny twice over 5 rounds Danny would need a ko to win and i dont think he has the power to Ko Heggie. Just my opinion and i hope i am wrong

I don't think Danny needs it. To me he's moved leaps ahead now

Decca does turn uo, but where their's no sense, their's no feelings.

It's a hard one but I think Danny know through ring experience and seems the fresher fighter.

youre literally the only geeza in this space I have any respect for.... I like Danny as a person but I cant negate the fact he assaulted his own mother.... as for decca LOLOLOL where do we start?
