Says more about where you work. I doubt he's got tattoos to be "edgy." Chefs are artists, to him I'm sure it's just that.

You go from David Kinch to this guy, what a drop off... one's totally professional in every sense of the word, and this guy is just... wacky as hell, poor flavors and concept...
