Medvedev stands so far back that the camera has to pan out and I then realize that the court is actually bigger than I usually see in videos

Great job Daniil! It’s not the same without him, really. And I LOVE Shevchenko! I can easily see him becoming a new Zverev or Rublev with his skills with some more years on court. He’s so talented!

We need more underarm serves in tennis. Standing 6m behind the baseline is more morally questionable than the underarm serve IMO

If Shevchenko starts playing the bigger points better he is someone who could upset a lot of people on hardcourt

Medvedev seems to be more aggressive and causing more damage with his forehand. Could be an area where Giles Simon is already focusing on.

Was not bad play from Meddy considering he was out for a month with a "injury". But overall too many UE for him in this match, hope he will start to play like with sinner in ao soon

He is trying to be more aggressive in is game that’s why UE number is higher than usual. Once he will be used to that, he will make less and less errors.

Okay, no need for the quotation marks. Just let him breathe for five minutes before you all start getting mean again, please? He said he was also taking the time to focus on himself and come up with a new game plan. He wants to put the past behind him. All the final losses, all the theatrics on court, all of the everything. A new Medvedev with a new coach that can start winning again.

How is he doing? He has made a full recovery since about this time last year, so losing now would cost him a lot of points. That said, he did quite well last year at the upcoming Indian Wells and Miami, so I hope he can get back on track by then.
