All I heard Rachel say in regards to the adoption, is how it would make HER FEEL BETTER, it would complete HER life. How about not putting his biological mother on a reality TV show and telling everybody she was never there for him What are the kids at school gonna say to him? That’s very embarrassing and hurtful to a teenager. The way Rachel is gone about this is all self-serving

I completely understand Rachel completely. I was adopted when I was 14, so I can see both sides. Sadly with Rachel’s life being in the limelight, anybody associated with her is going to have that exposure. So even if she didn’t portray the situation, there’s always one person who’s going to question it. I would feel the same way if I was Rachel. Even past the protection, it’s nice to be able to actually not have that worry on your back of being the legal guardian without the legality. The woman would have to specify her kids in her will if she wanted to leave all of them a piece of her estate instead of just saying her kids. And quite frankly if I’m John’s I don’t want a legal technicality, telling me I’m not her kid EVEN though that how I recognized

It’s so embarrassing for a 14yr old to be talking about his mom like this on tv, I’m sure he doesn’t want the world to know about his mom’s failures cause it affects him. Should be kept private..Rachel seems fake to me and using this upsetting experience for a 14yr old as a story line and to make her look good on tv. Just gross.

I stand to be corrected. Has Jayden’s mom been rejecting it? If so, why does she act like it’s new knowledge when the attorney says it could be contested adoption. She grabs the husbands hand and says she’s about to cry. Her reasoning for the adoption is the problem. She wants to fill a void in Jayden. She can’t replace his mom and should rather focus on being a present, nurturing and loving mother figure in his life.

He’s gonna grow up and want to be with his mom and he wouldn’t be happy about them using the fact that his real mom was in and out of jail as a reason to let Rachel adopt him.

agree about the marriage. I think Danielle is a wanna be teresa and feels if she sticks with teresa and Jennifer she will be fine. She talks tough, but when confronted runs away, cries and then talks tough some more. She talks the talk, but does not walk the walk. She'd be better off not pretending how tough she is, when her behavior is anything but..Not to mention, Danielle made Jennifer tell her about Melissa, assured Jennifer she would not say anything and then tells her mother.

Rachel Fuda and this adoption thing feels so wrong to bring on National TV. The birth mother has already spoke and now the poor kid is gonna have to deal with the very public fall out of this. No kid deserves that, this is not a story that should have been brought up without his consent and also the adults should know better than to bring this out knowing the type of platform this is. I don't know if Rachel is doing this for attention or to have a story line, she may think this could help shed a light about this topic to others, but it's going to rock the life of the poor kid and not in a good way. Mark my words!

Don't agree with this adoption, changing name stories but it's even more bizarre that when the stepfather does it, he gets praised but now that a woman is touching on it, its WW3? The other parent is still alive and the kid isn't at a legal age to make those decisions. Shouldn't happen. It's not a Rachel thing. Find it just wrong. This is the most convoluted game of telephone, if true. 1. A guy sees Melissa kissing a guy and tells Margaret. 2. Margaret tells Laura 3. Laura dms Jenn and Teresa 4. Jenn and Teresa meet a complete stranger to get dirt on Margaret 5. Laura tells Jenn and Teresa about Melissa 6. Jenn and Teresa can't find a reason to spill the beans so they enlist Danielle 7. Danielle, out of the blue, starts begging to know the rumor that Jenn swears she'll never tell 8. Jenn tells Danielle even though "she knows how much it will hurt because of what Margaret did to her". 9. Danielle tells her mom on camera. Now, after 6 people have repeated this rumor from someone who's not on the show and no one but Margaret knows, Danielle will find a way to drop it like a bomb on camera. This is even more ridiculous than the Aspen stuff on RHOBH.

I don't like this adoption story for Rachel especially since we don't know the birth mom's side. I believe the rumor. I adopted my eldest, who was three when i met them. It took until middle school, but that didn’t mean i didn’t want to. I always wanted to. These people are disgusting going after Rachel. Not to mention, they are trashing it b/c they don’t like Rachel and that is it. @@jenniferalexisgavin1759 unless you know something that I don't, you cannot seriously think terminating a legal parental right to a child is the right course of action. I would think it could happen in cases where the child is much younger and in grave danger, however, that does not appear to be the case here because the stepson is almost an adult and Rachel stated simply that the mom was 'not around'. In my view, there is not enough to terminate a parental right on that basis. It's just wrong.

Danielle started off good but she needs to calm it down a bit now because she is going to freeze herself out with the ladies and she is being made a scape goat of and doing others dirty work. Shame that’s what’s happening. I like her and her family. I want her to be smarter with her words. Purely because I want her to stay

Danielle is awful. I like Rachel and she clearly wants to adopt him. It could be difficult because Jaden’s biological mother is a drug user and been in and out of jail. Adopting would mean she would have rights no matter how old he is.

Love how they wait till they are on tv and want to start the adoption process. It's for her story line...

Why would they record them in the restroom using the bathroom let alone a little kid. That is very disturbing to me. Bravo.

We're not seeing why the 'real' mother is not in his life in any way whatsoever... has the father kept her away - has the mother been told that she's making it harder for Jayden but wanting to be part of his life... Allegedly the mother has been in and out of jail. It makes no sense that his step mother wants to adopt him, why would John allow this? It seems staged to me. IMO

Why can’t this woman just be happy that she gets to be a bonus mom? Why create all this drama? He clearly has a troubled mother as she is incarcerated right now and has been incarcerated repeatedly, but trying to strip her of her rights because she isn’t well and is troubled, doesn’t even seem necessary. The son has a family and is loved. That should be good enough.

I like Danielle's commentary and comebacks.. but her acting like she has this big, heavy weight on her shoulders with the Melissa rumor, when she begged Jen to tell her. Come on girl, you wanted that dirt. 😂

The guy who saw Melissa is Marge and Melissa’s PR guy, who happens to be Nick’s best friend. Marge told more than Laura. When the Evan rumor came out at the reunion Jen said it came from Marge.. they just didn’t go into it. They been had this information… Teresa told them off camera. The Gorga’s chose to use this as a storyline or excuse not to go to the wedding. They were trying to make Teresa look bad or take her down… which they have been trying to do since season 3… they say it on their audition tape. Melissa and Marge are saying Laura is lying to get on the show… no she found out Marge was talking about her just like she talks about all the other ladies. Merge looses it every time it’s mentioned… she’s guilty.

Something about fudas adoption seems so off. I could be wrong but I honestly get an instinct that jadens mother may not be some complete dead beat mother, but an alienated parent that couldn’t afford to beat the father in family court. Even if I’m wrong, why is she so upset about the courts serving her if she’s such a dead beat that doesn’t want to be in her sons life, she won’t care about being served and she will sign her rights over. Just fishy. And she want to adopt him all for self fulfilling reasons. They didn’t even ask him his feelings on this before they went to talk to a lawyer? Weird.

Danielle is over exaggerxating the blows from Margaret & Rachel. I thought Danielle was a tough girl ,so she claims. I guess not. Just cause you have Teresa on your side (who by the way just sits there) no back up.

Clearly we not watching the same show. I saw them come for her and the things they were saying were uncalled for. Rachel did rat her out, there was no reason for her to twist the story like everything came from Danielle and not from what people say about Magran and speaking of vile mouth, Margaret, what she said about Danielle's family was dispeakable.

Id like to get John's ex's side of the Jayden story.

Danielle is doing what she accuses everyone else of doing. Complete rat behavior.

tht isn't a rat behavior imo.the difference is the convo she had with Rachel isnt even catty but then Margaret is going after Danielle because she thinks the convo is catty based on Rachel's words. so no, Danielle isn't even being a rat in this situation because her intention is different.

Why now when hes about to be 18yrs old in a couple years? That should've been done when he was still a little kid. That makes it seem like a storyline to me

You can be a good step mom without adoption

People commenting must be part of the family to know everything . Rachel, you do what its important to your family unless the community is paying your bills. Everyone can have a seat and zip it.

I think it is so weird that Danielle’s mom is involved in the drama. She needs a life. Bravo, less of Danielle’s mom.

Why wait until you get on national TV to solidify your love for him.

Rachel needs to get a grip. The boy is 16. It won’t matter in 2years. Her being a great step mom should be enough. There are plenty of people with great relationships with their step parents that aren’t legally adopted. All this is doing is putting a major spotlight on the bio mom, who she is, what she’s done, why she’s a deadbeat for reality tv fodder and it could be doing him more harm than good. And John is an idiot to go along with this 🙄

Maybe you shouldn't ask what a rumour is if you can't handle carrying around, I feel like jen and tre knows it's not true and wanted someone eles to know so then they can spill it , think its school crap funny how tre and jen doesn't like ppl talk about rumours or actually truth yet they are fine doing it to others

in defense of Rachel, they did talk about why they waited for so long to try and adopt at the reunion too. They said that in order to adopt they would need to reach out to the birth mother and that it could open the door to challenge custody and make a mess of their situation. I do understand that motive because it is never easy or safe when courts get involved and during this time she had 2 children, sometimes its something you put on the backburner

Seriously, Rachael? The boy was your "priority" since he was a little child, but you never bothered to adopt him until now? We all know that this is just a storyline. STOP PRETENDING.
