Oh that magical voice i still remember like yesterday. I recall when you came to Port Moresby Show in 1991 or thereabouts. I travelled (flew) in from Lae the previous day just to attend your performance and I wasn't disappointed. I must say I had come with my other half and life long partner who was already in Port Moresby. The memories...R.I.P Daniel for we are all just travelling through in this world as guests.

First time I heard your songs I thought it was Ali CamPbel of UB40. How your music rocked PNG in the 90s. Was little growing up. Seeing my elder brothers and uncle partying all day and night with your songs. Gine but not forgotten. Pacific's finest island Reggae musicians.

Listened to your songs in the 90s when I couldn't go back home to Bougainville, they kept me going with your beautiful voice...Nice dance songs..

I met Danny in 1984 during Fiji National Windsurfing Championships at the Beach Comber Island Resort.. Dan and his brother, John, were very competetive and acomplished sailors. Some notable windsurfers who took part in that regatta included John Philp, late Colin Philp and World Champion Tony Philp. Great memories...RIEP buddy.

Nothing beats the old jamz like Daniels music growing up in the islands with the music blasting on repeat while we sing along using sticks as our microphones.🤣🙈. Listening to it right now brings fond memories in the old days those were some happy and innocent days playing happy with my cousin's and doing chores together with no phones. Compare to life right now everyone is so busy with life on constantly on their phones while back in the days were close bonds with family while jamming to Daniels music.
