Daniel Lozakovich, Munich Philharmonic, Valery Gergiev - Beethoven: Violin Concerto: Larghetto
Музыка
After intensively looking into the works of Bach and Tchaikowsky, Daniel Lozakovich turns for his newest recording to the most important repertoire for the violinist and proves once again his right to be at the top. Three years later, and following numerous collaborations since their first meeting, he reunited with his mentor Valery Gergiev to record Beethoven's Violin Concerto for Deutsche Grammophon with the Munich Philharmonic with whom Lozakovich has been collaborating since the age of fifteen. Lozakovich was clear from the start that this should be a live recording: “There’s a particular magic about a live concert,” he explains. “The audience creates a unique atmosphere, there is a different concentration with the energy of the public and the music becomes more alive.” Watch Daniel Lozakovich and the Munich Philharmonic performing Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 61: Larghetto under the baton of Valery Gergiev.

Dearist Hava Ravel. Thank You so much. You just were able to put it in the words what this music means to me.
He is so totally at the service of the music
5:04 that sound, just breathtaking!
Today I went to his concert. On live it's spectacular. He is very talented and gifted violinist. I even shed a tear when he played Bach's Allemande after Beethoven
Anyone. There really never has been a violinist like Daniel before. So happy to be in live at the same time with Daniel🙏
Nobody plays like this.... truly geniuss
I was at that concert it was absolutely incredible his intonation, projection and colors were outstanding
I can't imagine a violin being played more sweetly than that!
There is so much sweetness in his playing. Remarkable.
"Tutoyer les anges ". Maintenant, je comprends l'expression... La musicalité inouïe de ce jeune homme, sa simplicité dans l'expression et son jeu, le rendent tellement attachant. Merci DG pour le partage de ce moment extatique.
I know some Videos by Daniel Lusakovich since some years and I am fascinated every time about his beautiful tone. Thank you very much.
It was a few years ago that I discovered Lozakovich with Renaud Capusson and Katia Buniatishivilli on Shostakovich's five pieces which was amazingly played. I recognized then that he would grow up to be the great violinst and now he's the one of the most promising young ones. Congratulations and huge thanks.

I’m watching and listening to this at 3am, the comforting sound of the violin 🎻 is such a relief from the relentless woof from the neighbour.

This is a lovely performance, Lozakovich as always giving us such a beautiful sound.
Magnífico! Total domínio sobre o violino
Amidst all the turmoil, troubles, dissension and evil comes a young violinist who truly has been anointed by God and the gods, for his gift of music sings through his strings as Angels from Heaven. Each time I hear Daniel play, I am moved to tears. His soul and his heart resonate and telegraph through bow and string. Thank you, Daniel. Thank you and Godspeed!

This is just Lozakovich at the first place on my opinion. Even Beethoven comes second. And great Mr Gergiev genious enough to realize this.
What a talent, so young too, magnificent Daniel, xx
Daniel Lozakovich, vous avez un immense talent, toutes mes félicitations.💖

Beaucoup d’émotion pour ce concerto. Bravo
beautiful mind of beethoven!!!!!!!🎹🎹🎹🎹😊😊😊😊😊
Stunning!!💙
Such a talented youg man!💫

it's somewhat disturbing watching the conductor's butterfly fingers + toothpick. What a strange gimmicky man.

I shall politely say that graceful movement is certainly not weak! Most of the time it requires a lot more strength and practice for the best control….that’s why there is gymnastics in The Olympics?! This young man does boxing in order to fine tune his technique. Before you make some other judgement, let me mention that one of his mentors, Vladimir Spivakov apparently boxes too. It isn’t hard to drive a fast car fast, but to drive it with grace is a much different game. I’m grateful for this young man for giving me the appreciation for classical music again. I have found him less than a year ago. Looks like ever since he was young, he would not give up musicality just to show off his technique.
