Cm(add2) - D#maj7#5/B - F13b5sus/B Dbmaj7 - C - C7 In the first part you basically step down the root note from C to B and then the highest note from G to F. Then it's a normal chord change. You're welcome.

It’s about love. If you listen to the song as a whole he talks about relationship issues within the first verse, the second he goes on to say the same thing but directed towards his mom. Hence the name of the song/album Freudian. His theory was based off relativity amongst the compassion of a lover and mother. In the last verse, human sacrifice represents all he’s been through concerning heartbreak and hardship. He’s tired. Human sacrifice
