Daniel's prayer was for Israel, the only nation taken to God's very own, through the covenant made through Moses and from whose line the Messiah would come. The Gentiles would be included in the new covenant which is by faith, not as nations as Israel's covenant.

Is this Daniel chapter 9 explaination?

Revelation 18:24... narrates that in her (Great Babylon/Woman in Scarlet Red riding the Beast) "FOUND" the Blood of the Prophets, and God's Holy People, of ALL who have been Slaughtered on Earth."... take note (in part): "... of ALL who have been Slaughtered on Earth,"... which starts from ABEL to Prophet John the Baptist down to our present day (today)... QUESTIONS: How can that be the responsibility of the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (Iron & Clay) if only founded in the 4th Century (325) A.D.?... How can that be the responsibility of the ROMAN EMPIRE if they existed only after defeating the Greek Empire in around 146 B.C.E.?... How can that be the responsibility of the ISLAMIC Kingdoms (OTTOMAN EMPIRE) if only founded by Prophet Mohammed in 610 A.D.?... How can that be the responsibility of the U.S.A. (presently the Super Power Nation) if only founded in 1776 A.D.? Facts and Truth, Biblically, Historically, and Logically speaking... Amen.

The fact that people still take the book of Daniel seriously will never cease to amaze me. I feel bad for the people that take this guy seriously. Religion is a helluva drug and there are a lot of people hooked on it. It really is sad.

​@@saphblue8171 - Because they often try and impose their beliefs onto others. Most believers haven't even read the holy book their faith is supposed to be based on. They just believe based on what they heard at church, likely the one their parents went to and brought them up in. Even fewer people do any kind of research into the Bible to learn about the various influences on it from surrounding nations and cultures and don't know that the writers that are credited for writing most of the books of the Bible are not the ones that actually wrote those books - Daniel being a perfect example. Ignorance often makes me sad, especially when people are basing their lives on their ignorance based on a fairy tale as being taught be charlatans like this guy.

@@saphblue8171 ... on the one hand, one can't ... but on another hand, one can, especially when one has profited from others being taken advantage of ... the question then becomes, does one pretend that it didn't happen, or does one admit that it did, & then apologize to God ...
