None of the prophetic visions in Daniel end with the papacy, they all end with the judgement and kingdom of God. The papacy ends well into the plagues according to Revelation and not before, as the king of the north does in Daniel 11. I think you need to double check what you are saying. The king of the south, is the king of the south, France is west, the papacy is west. The south is Egypt. Now if Egypt suddenly becomes symbolic, where is the linguistic or grammatic indication that the chapter has switched from literal to every man's imagination? I teach English, and I cannot support your lack of comprehension. The king of the north must apply to the north to be consistent with Daniel 8 and 11. I know by common sense, that you will oppose and dismiss what I have suggested. Your current views will not prevent people from getting caught up in the last deceptive religious movements, because the focus is on the 1st beast of Revelation 13 and not on the last one in chapter 17 - which I guess you believe is somehow papal. Although the papacy will be supported, it is not the main player, but it rides on the scarlet beast. Please reconsider.

The iron kingdom is not Rome - nowhere in Daniel does it ever say that it’s Rome. Why… Why do pastors keep repeating this nonsensical teaching? The fourth kingdom has not been here yet.

The Iron Kingdom is definitely Rome. Even though Daniel doesn't mention it, the kingdom that rose after Greece is Rome when you look at History. It is not a nonsensical teaching. If, according to you, the fourth kingdom has not been here yet, it would mean that the third kingdom, which is Greece, is still ruling. But that is not the case.
