You're pretty good at guessing flavours. It was chocolate, strawberry, and the sauce was a mitarashi sauce, which is sweet soy sauce glaze for dango

In case you didn't know: The "fish" is Taiyaki. Taiyaki is filled with sweet red bean paste and are cooked in the shape of a sea bream. They are kind of like a waffle. The 3 spheres are dangos. Dangos are sweet dumplings made from mochiko(rice flour). They are usually served with green tea and are eaten all year round in many different ways. The cookie like thing is the mochi. Mochi is a japanese rice cake made of mochigome. They are served year round, but are most popular around new years.

When you were making the chocolate I was just looking at you stere it I was so concentrated lol I'm getting this kit soon so I want to make it look good

I love Japanese candy making kits there fun and do more

Teriyaki are little sweet japanese dumplings usually filled with sea bream and sometimes with a sweet bean paste. Gotta give it to the Japanese for interesting candy!

I would've guessed the pink is sakura blossom flavored,but after watching a different video I can see it was ichigo/strawberry flavored kind of surprised me it also surprised me they used chocolate as the filling for the fish instead of adzuki bean so now I wonder if the brown sauce was either soy or black sesame flavored(a fave of mine because it reminds me of peanut butter if you ever stumble across the paste you might like it) and as for units of time here you go: 秒/byou/second 分/bun/minute 時間/jikan/hour
