Vanilla extract or what

I was babysitting my niece and wanted an easy dessert to make with her. We came across this video and gave it a go. We loved it, so yummy.

Truly I tried a variety of recepies for cakes in mugs, but that one is the one that I will put in my cooking book. It's perfect, it's moist and just the right amount of sweet. Thanks for sharing ❤

I just made this and let me tell you the mug cake came out so delicious and fluffy! As you said that we can adjust the timer so i set it at 3 mins and let me tell you it was so fluffy and moist it doubled in size and had a soft texture!!!!! So yum but now i think im addicted 😅

Tried using 1 tbsp of brown sugar and topped with vanilla ice cream. Turned out delicious 👍🏼

Tried this today and it was super easy and delicious. Maybe a bit too sweet for my taste, but the texture was PERFECT. 10/10 specially if you are allergic to eggs.

You're welcome! :) And hmmmm good question! I've never tried making a mug cake in such a large batch so I'm not too sure sorry! I imagine the cooking time may increase and you may need to alternate the tray for even baking. Sorry I can't be of more help!

I make this all the time the same way but use Brown sugar instead of sugar and a flax egg (1tsp ground flax seed to 2 tsp water). due to both of those ingredients it will elevate this recipe even more to a higher level.. thanks for sharing a dairy/egg free video I’ve been vegan over 12 years and it’s important for others to see that you don’t needs eggs or dairy to bake! I have recipes on my little channel as well (I don’t post often) and it’s not my main job so I just do it for fun on the side but I’ve been baking vegan for MANY years and it’s just saddens me that the egg industry is just such a lie!! the only reason why you might meed eggs is if you want maybe an over easy egg but that’s about it! you really don’t need them in baking at all there’s so many alternatives they even have a product called “ just eggs” just like eggs but it’s mean with plants and you can use it as an omelette or for many other recipe is. I have a plethora of baking recipes that I use that don’t include any dairy any egg or any animal products at all and they taste just as good as regular baked goods
