What’s the name of your dads boat. There’s only a handful of the double deckers on SW Nova

Drae,the net fishing low catch is probably because you keep fishing at the same spot, I'm been fishing at deep water near the end of the map and have no trouble of catching around 10k per net,of course I'm changing the fishing location everytime to avoid overfishing and probably killing the fish population in that area

That's cool that your actually a fisherman yourself too. Me too, I dont get to go out on the ocean often, but it's my favorite.

Drae, for the next besiege video, you should check out your old videos and see if you can find those old vanilla creations and see how they perform. Like the Core tanks., Phenom etc It'd be super cool to do like a nostalgia episode of Besiege where you check out old vanilla designs!

This might be the only youtuber i know about who still edits his videos by himself. Such dedication man

I do a lot of longline fishing not super far from shore and it’s always worked well for me. Seeing that boat id recommend longline just not in the deep

You should do RL fishing videos or streams I would love to watch that with your commentary

Hi drae buddy I noticed you said you were a fisherman I love watching your fishing the north Atlantic streams... Im a fisherman too I fish out of nova scotia and the grand banks for clams (mostly off Sable island) I get alot of hints off your streams for fishing north Atlantic, im pretty new to the game... keep up the awesome streams bud they are awesome and very helpful... love the comedy into it to lol alot of things you say I laugh and it makes my day keep it up bud 👍

Good game

I like the double trouble. Good little fishing boat. Made it my deep liner and sold the ocean runner. For deep line I run 40 lines... drop 20 anchor for 3 hrs then drop the nexxt 20. On average I bring in 30000 kg

Can you still fish all the same fish as ocean runner? And what boat is better ?

I liked the fish prices in this.. They seem accurate.

Might aswell fish for Drae's mouthwatering content.

Got this boat and set out 40 deeplines for tuna and skipped 12 hours and went back up with another 40 deeplines for swordfish. Hauled all deeplines 85,000 tuna and 20,000 swordfish. Made 1.8 million.

Since deepline is without doubts best way to make lots of money, it doesnt have to be bad as moneymaker(better than Ocean Runner). Its just way more work, since this ship has just 10 tons more max capacity while carrying double ammount of deeplines..

Ah see your off the coast of Nova Scotia ☺️

Try the Moby D. The Moby D is a discoverable boat, and it is hell.

Guess it's like buying a pickup: sure a half-ton can do the job and has good financial arguments for it, but the 3/4 or full ton will do the job without stressing you out

In real world navigation, it doesn't matter what size the boat is in a current. A 1000 ft ship and a 16 foot john boat sitting in a 5 knot current will both move with the current at the speed of the current. Wind is a different matter which depends on vessel weight and vertical surface to catch the wind. If the developer has modeled this differently then they haven't done their homework.

I hope Drae eventually realizes that the 'current' is your side thrusters. You keep leaving them on. thrusters use normal throtle and the green line is centered/port/starbord thrust. you are your own enemy

I find the only fish worth going for with net is Mackerel
