Really enjoying your reactions, I hope there are more to come! If you are looking to condense your experience down to the very best episodes, I do have my own personal list. Just FYI, only the first season has these really short episodes, after season one they go more like an hour-ish. Pacing is still fantastic, though. Such amazing writing throughout these, incredibly tight and efficient. Nothing in our modern times comes close, IMO.
If you've not seen 'The Devil Rides Out' you should, Charles Gray is at his diabolical best in that!
He was also Jeremy Brett's smarter brother in the ITV Holmes series.
