When the majority of your training is below 1K feet and your fight is a 5K, you're at a definite disadvantage. She knew that going in but had the desire and courage to keep on. Warrior spirit.

But i think being older probably give her more strength compare to the younger ones because we can consider 32 years old as a young person right??

I like to watch people whom I've never seen fight before and pick a winner according to body language and Physic. And then watch the fight to see if my first impressions were correct.

I picked Chiara simply because she'd travelled to SA from Italy-- no promoter will bring less than his best 6K miles just to lose.

Brad Bloch the ref looks like he has a very funny joke brewing in his head before the fight starts.

Think we’ve all seen these fights before: the brunette is physically stronger and more powerful than the blonde. But the blonde is quicker, smarter, and more athletic in her moves than the brunette which is why blondes are so successful in these ring fights - and it almost happened again in this fight. But Chiara managed to pull it out at the last second. Well done.

It looked like Danella was going 3/4 speed the entire fight. No snap behind her punches, and did take advantage of openings, like the arm bar she could have gotten.

Because neither could get an advantage while they're rolling around the floor. Besides, the audience wants to see a fight, not a modified mud wrestling gig.

@@knokname6466 Eventually one of them would gave got an advantage or the time would have run out. I say let them fight! Ground fighting has nothing to do with mud wrestling. 95% of jiu jitsu is ground fighting, the Refs never stop a fight just because neither has a clear advantage.
