Put some music to enlighten 😌, not sure birdie is happy , stroking back sometimes take away their dominant feature. Not all but he has to come to you not reverse, then he will allow you to stroke his back. From UK 🇬🇧

@@Idk-wm6gk The owner apparently left it‘s cockatoo unsupervised which can end deadly for the bird, since they‘re notorious escape artists. The cockatoo can‘t fly due to it‘s clipped wings, so not only could it have gotten eaten by a predator, it could‘ve also run onto the street or into similar dangers it doesn‘t know of. Never leave your pet birds unsupervised, especially not outside, especially especially if they have no chance to flee or defend themself properly.
