And you are correct the moves were done in reverse and done perfectly in the other 2 angles ( 5:01 + 7:00 ) but the first version we see is video 2 and 3 put together with mixed angles and shots to give it a cinematic effect. I wasn't saying that they didn't do the moves 😂 please click on the time stamp as I have watched it 3 times now. Tbh they didn't need to add anything because it looked better with no edits on the other 2 versions 😆 * I'm posting this here because at least 3 people brought up my 'edited' comment * 😂

Yup. Version 1 was heavily edited, and the other 2 versions are basically 1-shots. The effect they added on the reverse is actually the only thing I don't like about version 1. Because if someone doesn't watch the other 2 versions, they won't realize that it was a real reverse, just with that dumb effect added. You realized that though. Just a misunderstanding on both sides I think. ;)

Yep, I followed you. But I wondered if someone would miss it and come for you. 😜 I just love so much how they gave us three perfect ways to see it. As someone who loves dance (let alone BTS oh my GOSH) I could stand to have multiple angles of every DP just so I can pick it apart (in a good way) and just soak up all the goodness like a piece of bread going after every last drop of gravy on a plate. Hmm. Now I’m hungry.

This was Big Hits being totally being EXTRA. They had a live performance and it had horrible camera angles. BH was showing them how to do it properly. Big Hits, like BTS does it with class and attitude!

This video was made because BTS/ Big Hit's producer was upset with the terrible camera work by the network cameras during the BTS performance. So he sent this, with all the different camera angles, that were all better than the original.

So, the background story to this video is that BTS did this choreography as part of a live performance on a TV show. But the show's camera work was so poor that the choreography wasn't properly captured. So BTS' company decided to film and release this clip to show what a difference camera work makes. By the way, the rewind part is not edited.

The rewind part has an effect on it , tho on the first part !

The best thing about this though is that big hit did this in response to some really bad camera work on a show where they did this performance. seriously you should check it out. the camera work is so bad you can't see anything and that performance was so visual in terms of the angles and the bit with the gun thing and everything and it just ruined the whole thing. so big hit was like well that was wank let's do an entire long ass video to show how it's done Does this comment make sense I feel like it's a bit rambly sorry I'm whiskey drunk right now

I think Western and Asian camera people need to get together to talk. Western show too much audience and Asian seem to not understand when to do certain things: zoom on the performance, pull back for audience takes, etc. They have great group work when they focus but the timing to focus on other things is just awful lol.

They were throwing major shade with all the Good camera and very good camera. Bighit and Bts are very good at throwing shade lol That's why they film and upload the performances from the awards shows on their official channel themselves.

All BTS dance practices are good to watch, DANGER and BOY IN LUV are favorites. For one with the same vibe as this, check out BTS SBS PERFORMANCE PRACTICE from 2013.

In the 1st version played they combined version 2 and 3 which had edits and also the 1st one had a reqind affect added on, bersion 2 and 3 had no edits at all. Still loved it! Honwstly one of the best things ever!! 😀

ChrisStillBeTalkin no edits..I saw them perform this live and Jhope..the one in the front..did the exact same reverse move..he is so good after being a street dancer for more than ten years..I couldn’t believe it when I first saw the video..but the live showed he actually reversed...he is bts dance leader..👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😊

This was an intro to a show, but the cameramen did a bad job, so Bts Company did this to show how it should be filmed

Yes they have physically done the reverse order of sequence in the “rewind” section in live performance before..... and I have seen in others where they said it was different performances/recordings... but I am not sure how accurate that is. This will always be my fave choreo they've done. I remember watching the original performance live on tv and how horrible the camera work was. It was in December so it was at a year-end show I believe. Even though their performance was amazing, it was so hard to see because of the shoddy camera work. BigHit clapped back so fast by putting out their own dance performance video with the awesome camera work to show off their choreo.

Hilarious. Thanks for that! The BTS "Concept Trailer" I've mentioned before, and the official dance practice for it are good ones to check out soon as well when you want straight choreo. I think you've seen other comments about why they made this video, so if you wanna watch the original performance this was a response to just watch "2014 MBC 가요대제전, 방탄소년단 - Danger 20141231" I'll warn you though, the camera work is so bad it literally made me nauseous. And laugh out of hopeless frustration. I couldn't even tell it was the same choreography.

Yes, there's a reason for this INTRO performance video. They had performed this LIVE, but the camera work for it was soooo bad that you wouldn't be able to see the beauty of this dance performance. That's why Big Hit decided to make this video...with 3 camera angles since the cameramen didn't do a good job during their live performance.

This video is in response to the very bad camera work from a show they did. It was supposed to be BTS vs Got7 in a dance battle, but the camera spent more time far zooming and panning into the audience than recording the two groups performing on stage. Check out their Bangtan Bomb It's Tricky. There's a live stage performance of it also where they performed with VIXX (HammerTime) and 2PM (Wild Wild West). My first time watching BTS, I honestly thought they were a dance troupe my Korean friend wanted me to check out...and then I heard HIS voice (Randa, aka RM), my favorite rapper and I was like "What's going on?!" So yeah, I became ARMY on August 4, 2013 because of the BTS First Concept Dance Performance Trailer.

So I watched your EXO reaction to Growl (love that song) and saw you were impressed with how it was done all in one take. Please watch BTS Save Me music video. It was also done in one take. There is also a behind the scenes video for the MV that I would definitely recommend. It gives more perspective in the MV such as the bad weather and how they had to run around like crazy to stay behind the camera!

👏👏🔥🔥💜 no edits my guy!!! And as you can see it’s a one shot also!! And three different angles for ya!!! Hopefully bighit was satisfied on at least one lol since they kept complaining about the outcome of the shoot. 💜

The preformance was for a show, but they kept cutting so far back that none of the fans watching from outside the studio was able to see what they were trying to accomplish...there was a point where BTS was not that well known and since their company is small a lot of studios didn't recognize their talents....so big hit gave us this to see what it was supposed to look like...u can look up the original preformance and see how bad the camera angles were...it was really bad....and I for one am grateful to BigHit for releasing this video...but that is just me....
