Dance Toning w/ Diny - "Dura" (Daddy Yankee) - ZT: Upper back & Chest

{This choreography is for a dance fitness format}
Targeted muscle group: Upper back, chest, and a little bit of shoulders.
When DY says "Dura! Dura!", we 'set it up' for reverse fly; meaning we tip our body forward at the hip by keeping the back straight (first 'Dura'), then ready the hands with palms facing each other (second 'Dura'). The next two faster 'Dura' is where we have two singles of reverse fly. Hope you like it! Let me know what you think :)
