The contests were fake. The ALDC girls didn't compete. My friend's family was at one of the competitions with their dance school. The ALDC group was filmed separate from everyone else. The whole show is staged. Madie didn't win like they want fans to believe she did.

This is actual one of my favourite solos of Maddie. I feel like it was mature and really showcased all of her ability not just the turns that they usually did. Plus the emotional aspect and story were just amazing.

End of an era

Everyone always complained and argued why maddie was the favourite but it’s obvious why Maddie was passionate about it she wouldn’t argue back and neither would Melissa she just took the feedback and got better that’s the reason she was the best and favourite

On the show, Acappella was shown first and then she competed with Cry. It was on the same day but her first ever solo was “Be a Star” from Madeline.

This was Maddie’s best dance in my opinion. She was so in character and dynamic in the turns.❤️

Her leaps tho 😍 it's like she just hangs there

i was so impressed with this performance. she made everything look so easy and flawless, especially the jump at 2:37 and her turn sequences. she made it look like anyone could do it, even though you need years of training for that

So much power and grace behind Maddie's dancing. This was emotionally intense for me. I was really happy with how she did.

my gosh what a breathtaking and strong performance. beautiful, just, beautiful. i cried too seeing such an emotional dance and seeing her mom cry makes it worse

This dance hits your heart. It's honestly my favourite out of all of the dances. Maddie has always had a way of touching hearts with her movement 💞

That dance was ridiculously good. I felt like I was watching something other worldly.

I was crying while watching Maddie dance because as a dancer myself I know leaving something you love surrounded by people you love is so hard. Dance Moms was literally the best. Me and my dance team would have sleepovers after every competition or performance and binge watch Dance Moms😂.

Is anyone even talking about the fact that Abby didn't cry but even Gianna did? I only saw one comment! Gianna really puts a lot of effort into teaching these girls off-camera and deserves WAY more attention.

I got to admit even though I haven't watched for a while as seeing this I was tearing up during the dance with how powerful the music and dance was and emotions from abby and the mom's. It was sad.

This girl is the best dancer I’ve ever seen. She’s just stunning and it’s crazy how she makes you feel when she dances.

Maddie is the most inspirational and awesome person I've ever known!

I feel like Maddie gets a lot of bad rep because she was Abby's favorite. They pinned her as a "brat" in the first few seasons and constantly pinned her against others and purposely made so many people hate her. But, it's true, she is suchhhh a beautiful preformer. She carries the character in her heart when she dances, unlike the other maybe technically profound dancers like Brynn.

Why did this make me cry, I never even watched the show

These memories still make me nostalgic. Maddie's solo was really beautiful and emotional.
