It was really just the girl with the bright yellow shirt, and the girl with the white arm warmers. But the girl with the yellow shirt literally got so many parts but she was really stiff 🥺 she looked like she was having fun though

@@HonestlyNoowin then they would have said they needed to exercise lol which they dont every girl in the video is perfectly fine One of pilates and yogas key points can be to have fluidity with your body in the stretches and switching to different positions so basically help become less stiff
