I like the area around Danbury. I’m planning on going back there sometime soon, maybe to see the M2. And yeah it’s a cool place

Okay now I want to go sometime. BTW I know where MTA Metro-North Railroad FL9 2033 is.

Thanks! I really enjoyed the trip. I am planning to return around September or October. Hopefully I can get in the M3A and the FL9.

The amfleet is the spv 2000

The Budd RDCs were/are self propelled cars, diesel. Each had a cab at both ends. However, the cabs were "naked" and the engineer would install levelrs etc only on the active cab. They were used for both intercity and commuter service. VIA Rail in CAnada still has a few that were rebuilt recently, used on the Sudbury-White River line.

Thats not a budd metroliner. Its actually an old Spv-200 And was a DMU not an EMU. Its pretty hard to find them around nowadays.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. After the trip, I realized that it wasn't a Budd Metroliner, but I didn't know what it was.

I went to this place last month and every car was closed except for some that were forgot to be locked( they junked as hell) as well as the mail car. Quite fun but bogus

Well that's weird, I don't know why they closed most cars. Maybe they're only open in the summer or something. Most of the time most cars are open.

This is crazy to believe that watching this video is still my only point of reference to the Danbury branch.

Oh wow. I feel kinda honored. This was literally my first and only time on the Danbury branch. Some of the scenery is actually pretty impressive in real life.

You got to see the new hope and ivyland rsc-2 1513 and you got to see a reading company coach

Oh nice, I didn't know they got new trains. I haven't been to the Danbury Railway Museum since I uploaded this. I really want to go there again, but I didn't know what is going on with them during covid.

You saw the rsc-1 1513 from new hope and ivyland it was in the yard same with the reading company coach

I initially didn't realize it was a Budd RDC. RDC's are Diesel Multiple Units, so technically it's just a cab, and not a cab car, because there is no locomotive pushing or pulling the consist. So you are technically right.

Door malfunctions don’t happen on M8’s much, so that’s probably rare to see. I’m pretty sure M2’s had a lot more door malfunctions.

I just wanted to go inside it to see how it was like in person. It was kinda hard resisting to go inside when the door was unlocked. The worker said I had to wait for the guy in charge of the M2 to come.

The M2's were amazing that are real trains which are better. They were very convient and reliable to me when I used it from Grand Central to New Rochelle to go to work. I seriously dislike the M8's. which is why I takes a M3 metro north only to Wakefield and then take a orion v bee line 42 bus to new rochelle

@@seanwilson5516 I hate the M8's and I hate the M7's. Nothing has to be wrong with them but I just hate all new techs. I'm soo thankful only a P32 can go to Poughkeepsie via Metro North. Sometimes I feel like whenever I ride on a M3 and P32 it just reminds me of the good old days. The M1's, M2's, M3's, M4's, M6's and P32's has taken me to my destinations successfully. They were good and real trains and still are. I just don't like using the m7's or m8's so I avoid them at all costs

I love all the metro North railroad models . All aswell. However the metro North is getting M9AS really really soon. I don't see nothing wrong with the M8S on the Connecticut metro North. I do miss the M2As M4S M6S and the M1A on the metro North railroad and the FL9s FL9AC .

That train in your video has a diesel coach pulling a passinger train. I was at the danbary house with the 2nd light Dragoons for an event but it was raining and on the way to the hospital to pick up my mom I saw two metro North trains at the danbary railroad museum.

Yeah, and I didn’t know that until I got there. I’m not sure if the trains are open right now. I would recommend to go there on a weekend because the person at the museum told me that’s when the guy who manages the M2 is there. I think I went there on a Thursday.
