True, in fact Aldo hasn't had a finish in a while unless if you are counting that fight he had with Chad, that was like feeding a coyote to a wolf 0_0, and yeah Cain didn't finish his last fight, and Benson and Dominick Cruz haven't had a finish in a long time. I think its GSP's amazing athletic ability that helps him grind out those wins, which in some way is more impressive than the KO/Choke out, 2 be able 2 fight for 25 minutes and not miss a beat.

I think this one will go like most of GSPs fights.. Unanimous decision for the champion after he jabs then lays on them for 5 rounds.. GSPs best strike is his jab, which is nasty, but doesn't have any knockout power. I would love to see a finish but GSP hasn't finished anybody in over 4 years (and nearly 100 UFCs lol) and that was penn, who finished out the round but his corner wouldnt let him out. The ref hasn't had to stop one of his fights in forever.

I saw GSP take a considerable amount of damage from Condit so saying Diaz cant rock him is crazy. If Nick can push the pace like he does every time I believe he can do it. GSP probably isn't going to stand and fight with Diaz.

I hope Nick works him with stand up and forces George into a desperate take down which will surely end in a submission. Nick is a beast on the ground and on his feet. However George is short and compact so a Knee bar and arm bar may not be the easiest to catch.

He has been in the UFC for 3 years, he is 23, and is always training (which makes you sweat). Probably has a lot to due with him having back acne. He has never failed a drug test, and Bj had him randomly tested all through his training camp.

So true. People just refuse to accept the fact that Nick is one of the best welterweights ever. Not only today, but ever. A lot of people who think he has no chance are nooby MMA fans. Just because he wasn't in the UFC for awhile up until recently, a lot of people don't understand just how much of a top level fighter he is. He has the advantage in striking, jiu-jitsu, as well as cardio. Anyone who doesn't see that doesn't know the fight game.

Forbes Magazine says Rampage is worth $8 Million, Dana White is worth $150 Mill, and Chuck Liddell is worth $16 Mill. Rampage may have EARNED 15.2 Mill, meaning that's what he was paid by the UFC since '07 and that's without uncle sam getting his cut, managers, trainer and living costs. Yeah, $8 Mill sounds about right for Rampage.

As far as his aggressive issues that's just silly. 80 percent of MMA fights act that way, and maybe it's his character he is playing. Kinda like Chael or Ronda has developed, or maybe he is developing into his own person. He trains at the best gym( in my opinion ). Which could say something for the strides he's made.

Give me one instance in which GSP attempted to end the fight against Koscheck, Shields or Condit. "BUT THESE GUYS ARE TOP FIGHTERS" Granted, but Jones finishes fights...Cain finishes fights...Aldo finishes fights..Silva finishes fights... GSP has a different style which is not as conducive to finishing, but for me to say he is not now a finisher is perfectly accurate. Not once have you provided a counter-argument - everything you say rests on childish assumptions. I waste no more time. ;)

Four years is a long time for people my age, not for people who are significantly older, so what reason had you to think my message implied that? I like GSP but if someone says he finishes fights and then gives examples of times when he was a different fighter (and BTW Penn quit before the start of the 5th round - a finish technically in the same way a TKO submission is considered a submission...) then they're missing the point to say he's no longer a finisher.

anybody who knows roids knows Rory was doing them at some point. Can't remember the fight but one he has had in the past 18 months all he did was pick the dude up and throw him to the ground, didnt bother with any technique(which he has in spades) just kept chucking the dude to the ground, basically he was raging, back was covered with huge acne. I used roids for years trained for twice as many, I sweated all the time, but only got the huge back acne when OI was juicing. Hes clearly off now.

also, in my opinion those other organizations didnt have the same caliber fighters that the ufc does. i think he left because he wanted to be a big fish in a little pond to gain popularity (BUT as much as i hate him, i will admit he is a great fighter and deserves his UFC title shot, i just really believe that he is going to suffer the same fate as the other 23 men GSP fought) i hope the fight goes the way GSP vs Penn 2 went, and George puts a brutal dominating ass whoopin on Diaz

You are another person who is fooled. 8:25 "Is Nick Diaz a tough guy to deal with?" And Dana responds, ultimately, with "there is no way he is the toughest guy to deal with". What he did was misrepresent the question in order to make it look like he answered it, and you fools suck it all up. Is Dana WAY more straight talking than politicians? Absolutely. But a lot of you seem to think he always speaks his mind...

Style has nothing to do with ranking, and never has. Strength of victory and strength of schedule should determine rankings, even if that's not always the case. Diaz has 0 win's over top 10 talent in his entire career at WW, his biggest win was his sub over Gomi 6-7 years ago, and after posting back to back losses there is no way in hell he's ranked above Hendricks. Unbiased fan my ass. Take a few to goggle the meaning of unbiased before responding "expert".

don't know MMA? Top 3 WW = GSP, Hendricks, Condit. There you go, Diaz is NOT TOP 3 WW. Condit beat him so he's obviously behind him and with Diaz coming off a loss, no way can you put him in front of Hendricks. He's not even in top 3 on official UFC rankings which are notorious for putting title challenger at #1. You could put Rory in front of Diaz without much debate and Maia even has an argument for it too.
