culturally he didn't even do that correctly, so Dana's reaction is appropriate. This dance is meant for directly before battle (as in seconds to minutes). He kind of outed himself as being uneducated and quite frankly fake when it comes to the matter. It should have been done at the stair down in the cage directly before the fight, if at all.

Jamie Byrne I think it’s a nice nod to their culture, sportsman of all sorts from New Zealand do it from what I could tell. But real professionals don’t get intimidated at all by what you say or how you say it, performance is all that matters.

I remember when our rugby team from nz (all blacks) came over and played usa I think in a big stadium over there in 2014. And the camera crew couldn't even keep up with nz. NZ won 76 - 6 and usa only only scored via penalties. Just another pointless comment 🤙 the haka is a cultural thing to nz. Before anyone yells black lives matter sort your shit

He didn’t act crazy. The Haka is like the national anthem for New Zealand. They do it before every rugby match, at funerals, at birthdays. All the time. He loves his heritage. Funny how you all bang on about racism yet you’re all making out like this bloke is crazy because his race has a different tradition to yours.
