I think he is mistaking the Raquel Pennington vs Bueno Silva fight. This fight had everything and was high pace. Dana also needs to be less greedy.

Yes, he dominated Allen in the second with that knockdown, but going on the precedence that damage trumps all as the scoring says, Allen clearly won 1 and 3. Allen got robbed big time just so they could carry on with there undefeated, Dagestani contender narrative as usual.

He watched it. The thing is that the idea of a less than charismatic decision machine who can barely speak English being the FW champion is nauseating to him. Saying the fight was boring is the public excuse Dana's giving for not giving Movsar a title shot off this. It's similar to the Ankalaev situation.

DId Dana mistake him for the co-main event? I bet if he had a fully locked in arm triangle he would have finished the fight

Maybe only for casuals but it was a quite enjoyable fight to watch. Highly technical good scrambles nice exchanges on the feet. Both highly skilled fighters for sure

Another terrible card they expect people to pay $80 for. It was a disaster night of fighting, especially the main card. The only thing saving it from being a complete dud was a mediocre main event between a racebaiting roided up bodybuilder who loses balance from his own punches, and a braindead PTSD-striken boxer that only knows how to fight one way.
