I get the feeling that Dan the Cabbie is actually the brother of the girl who was seen with Sharon Ooja's boyfriend in the film. He did say his sister left with some guy by the name Osas. Maybe she left to go be with the Osas (Sharon's boyfriend) b/c her brother Dan was at the hospital at the time. However, maybe he is now a cabbie guy and he is trying to reach her. He reached her voicemail before.
