All she said was he was supposed to be there between 8 and noon and that he came on the early side of that. She didn't give an exact time of him being there. The prosecutor did however by saying "the repairman was at your home from 8:30-9:15.

Exactly!! A couple of years ago, a close friend of mine had to testify in court and the answers she gave are exactly the same as this liar because they were what her attorney told her to say to every question. I “helped” my friend for a couple of weeks to practice and it was really difficult bc my friend isn’t a sociopath! And besides Wendi’s ridiculous replies, notice that she doesn’t fidget, touch her hair, face, clear her throat, move in the chair, cough-Nope! nothing that a “normal” person would do on the stand for over an hour. And the WORST THING was when she showed NO emotion when any one said “after Dan was murdered”..not even a sniffle or a DAMN crocodile tear-NOT even for “show”!! Yes he was her ex-husband but he is still the father of her children! If I heard that my ex from 10 years ago was murdered, I’d be freaking out, crying…and if I had to go to court, omg! when it was said that my ex husband was murdered, I definitely would have been crying and upset! Of course she’s not bc her & her family obviously had him killed so they could have the kids without Dan “bothering” them!! Well, sadly the wheels of justice turn slowly BUT as time goes by and Luis who got 30 years & now has plenty of time to think, I hope & pray that since he has nothing to lose, he will FINALLY tell the TRUTH about the whole family and their involvement! Then Wendi, the narcissistic, smug & fugly B will have her day being carted off in cuffs👍 It’s just a matter of time!!

My ex literally went behind my back and changed our daughter's last name while we were still together living in the same house. I learned my lesson, never got married (just long terms like now) and no babies fuck that. either I'm a psychopath or people are strange. i am an attorney, i do litigation, depositions and trials and watch video of trials, interrogations and such, and study body language . . . well because i am a lawyer and constantly want to gain insight into examination and witness tendencies, i congratulate the comments below.... spot on..... btw . . . lawyers are terrible witnesses to begin with (even if they have nothing to hide). . . this one is no different.... plus she has everything to hide because she know what happened here. . . i see basically nothing credible about her testimony at all....

@@happyapples6363 i am a NLP trainer from Germany, and i took a look at all of her eye accessing cues during the testimony. Those questions, where there is nothing to hide, or lie about, like her date of divorce, she is going into visual memory up left with a lot of comfort. Now what is more interesting, that there are some questions, where she goes into the right upper corner, which according to NLP means, she is constructing visual fiction, and sometimes this eye movement is just short and quick, and she goes back to starring at the questioner, like if she knew. just look at the video again and identify those critical questions. its pretty interesting. For example 1:08:29 where i am pretty sure, the questioner is asking calibrating questions about the date of the murder, than asking about the day before (calibration) and than asks if she remembers what she did that day (critical question and opposite eye access cue). Pause at 1:08:39. The next question is also interesting at 1:08:42 if there is any way she would have been walking down the road with her kids the day before the murder. (pause at 1:08:48) When answering this question she tries to convince the questioner , why there is no reason walking down the street, which is a red flag to me, that she is lying. The way the questioner is asking is a really good job, and i am pretty sure, they did a video analysis of her right after. What i also find interesting, that she neither goes into emotional recollection which would force her to look down left or right, or having internal dialogue, also looking down left or right. You know, she seems not to feel anything about that topic they are talking about. Which is odd..

Eyota Crowfeather Excellent point. I haven’t listened to the entire podcast, but I’ve heard snippets, and it was vomit-inducing. What struck me in this hearing, is how perfectly she seemed to answer every single question. Like she has been preparing studiously for this for years now. It’s insane!

Interesting how she doesn’t remember when her brother gave her a television for her home- but she remembers having a specific phone conversation with her brother.

Proof that beauty, money, intelligence plus knowledge of the law does not keep people from self centered stupidity and cruelty.

I'm going to speculate here.... as she grew into a woman she realised that she could manipulate men with that kind of behaviour (and her looks did her no harm either). I am a believer in “innocent until proven guilty”. and even then sometimes the system fails. I find it amusing how everyone is against her with such little evidence against her. Maybe because she’s halfway successful and more attractive than many of them likely are?

There's no logical connection between my observation that I made and 'woman hater.' So true, if she had no idea she was a suspect BEFORE the trial it would certainly be clear to any lay person from her position while on the stand ... YES, you are for sure NOW a suspect. But, she's the attorney ...she should know that before she ever took the stand. At the very least her attorney bow knows. But, always the off chance only Charlie and mom involved and told her ahead of time what to say and do and to whom ...and where to be the day of the homicide ...before and after. True, her brother and mother could have purposefully wanted her to appear guilty and involved ...if only they were. But, as an educated attorney she would have figured that out as well. This pathetic excuse of a woman tried to keep the poor man's children away from him while allowing her family to degrade the man to the children and convincing them he was a bad man. After realizing that wasn't working she simply had him killed. I watched the interrogation several times and having the gift/curse of reading someone I will tell you right now that she is responsible for his death. This case touched my heart because 14 years I went through a similar divorce where my son was kidnapped and brainwashed. I've only read three cases other than this and was right on all three. Only recently have I realized I have this ability and sometimes I consider it a curse. But I'll tell you right now this woman has the man's blood on her hands.

I had to video tape my ex assaulting me in my home in order to get a protection order against him. He denied everything prior to the video saying I was crazy just trying to lie for an edge in family court and they believed him! Well, once I had it on tape then I finally got the protection order but it HAD to be on tape, he was a good liar. He still is. 5 years have passed since our divorce and it took 4 to finally resolve custody disputes and other nonsense he felt like bringing up but he still calls my home all the time, still texts 10 times a day, still tries to get me back... I will never go back to that!

Twice I had the cops on the doorstep telling me my ex was dying from suicide attempts and I urgently needed to call. I told them it was BS but they made me call anyway and found out I was right. His best friend, who he was living with, explained it all to them. The second time he was warned about wasting police time. Over the next 2 years I got calls from his flying monkeys and all sorts of harassment. I had to cut off one friendship in his country because he had gone to their house without them knowing and found my phone number and address (I had been writing to them and calling them). So I had to move again......next thing he was in NZ stalking me in person........

This woman is just awful. She wants to wipe her boys dad out of their lives completely. Disgusting. No visits to their other grandparents. I’m sure they hear nothing about him. Wiping out his name.
