Amd now I realize the celebrities are all in on it: they want to make our decisions for us like Biden and Obama thinking we are too simple minded to make our own decisions. Quote from Obama. I am not an attorney, but I know for certain NY is a one party state. Cellular transmissions fall under the FCC regulations, not state code. It is illegal to record cellular transmissions (regardless of the location of the parties at the time of the call) without 2 party consent. How this tape was admitted baffles me.....just another reason to appeal.

Why agree to debates with no audience except through tv. Probably because Trump supporters would fill the seats.
