"Appreciate your problems" I'm feeling that Dame.

My senior capstone in film school, them deliverables and post was no joke, we pulled our hairs out at that point lol. It is the most hardest of them all definitely if not done properly. Paperwork don't EVER hold that off to the last minute, period while editing. You will drive yourself nuts, if anything you should have a producer handle that first but if you're both producing and directing it's all on you...Paperwork before shooting it saves you time, energy, in post...all you got to do is focus on the edit, and where you want to execute it on the big screen. I loved this sit down, always enjoy listening and taking notes on these two talk very good insight, gotta coach my brother to look at this, since he a artist...thanks guys. #Love #peace #light.

Are these new artists coming up so stupid..IF you Really love the Entertainment Industry you devour ANY/ALL education you can get your hands on..I have been looking/studying the liner notes since I was a kid, figuring out who produced what who wrote what who distributed what, There is NO excuse for a artist in THIS day and age to go into the game completely on stupid. Man, I totally understand "Boss Thoughts" It can be very time consuming to do so but my mission is to have equity, stock or atleast some form of partnership where I profit from every product I own or every service I use. Maybe I"m too ambitious but I think its possible. It doesn't have to be on a large scale but if you own a stock or own equity in a brand then ultimately even when you buy that product or brand, you aren't losing money because millions of others people are consuming the same product which will yield a return, dividend or something in the long run. Then after about 45 years or so if you had kids you can pass those stocks, that equity to your children and most likely those brands will be worth a lot more and they can either liquidate it all or keep it for their kids. furthermore I get it when dame says he doesn't feel right wearing another man's clothes especially when the name or logo is all on it. you seem like a groupie especially if you don't own a stake in it. If I were to interview Dame and showed up in a CEO T shirt yeah he might appreiate the fact that I support his brand but I don't think I would earn as much respect had I been rocking my own shit and he asking me what kind of shirt or sweater or sweatshirt that is, especially if its fly. just my opinion what do you think Kenyatta?

Agreed..He uses a lot of one way communication..D Dash has accomplished a lot but he needs to take his own advice and realize that there are different perspectives to doing things. Now in all due respect there are "fundamentals" to business that are universal and there are "specific" skill sets to individual sectors of business that are important to driving success. You aren't going to re- invent wheels or fit square pegs in round holes because you "say so"...That requires either advanced disruptive technology(google facebook) or wars and trillions of dollars.
