Imagine getting selected to that team was big but having the others tell him he belongs in that group had to feel awesome. The fact he questions being there speaks a lot of his character and humility. Definitely believe he’s deserving. Dude is a beast on the court and honestly a great interview.

Dame Lillard is one of my favorite players in the NBA hands down. He's a problem on not one person can stop Dame. I wish that situation in Portland was different but it is what it is. Difficult? Yes. Impressive? No. Noteworthy? Not really. It's difficult because w/ a bit of bad luck, you only get 7-8 rebounds/assists. However, any elite PG w/ decent size and athleticism can average a triple-double. It's more a playstyle thing than a skill thing.

I was really hoping Nurk was going to be that Center they’d needed for years, but as you mentioned, he never was able to stay healthy. Also, his sometimes reckless play garnered a lot of senseless fouls, or bumbling ball handling. But, to give the man credit: his games where he put it all together were awesome. I just don’t know how many of those are left.
