For those confused: The objective is to hit a clean shot to the head with the wrapped arm. The only other thing allowed is holding the opponent's unwrapped hand. So the ref will separate once they start to frame with their arms. That contestant was frustrated because he felt the ref wasn't separating them fairly.

And being "symetrical" doesn't mean they have good genetics nor does a low bodyfat count lmao you people are so clueless good genetics are described in alot of ways but here is a few: hairline gum line harder muscle tissue(mainly a European trait) taller(6'0 and over usually) wider shoulders low estrogen higher testosterone(above average normally) high muscle tear/tissue recovery (Most commonly found in europeans and a few eastern african/hindi tribes) Overall strength(like most europeans) longer legs shorter torso( eastern african/haitian tribes) high sperm count and fertility. Different Blood types certain immunities or even mutation of the muscle(strongman syndrome mostly found in europeans and farm animals but a few people around the world are born with it on certain special occasions. Low bodyfat is something anyone can do and is easily attainable for most people around the world these guys are as i said tiny there shoulders arent wide they are at most average american length the hairlines are a bit lacking they arent that tall due to extreme environments and malnutrition but here lately have been getting alot of support from a few countries and private corps not to mention a good part of africa is now almost in the 21st century which is astonishing and im very happy about it'll be great to see what programs,schools, facilitys and art will come out of there in a few short decades maybe even 10 years from now. But your body type does not necessarily primarily affect your genetics nor does a low body fat coint as good genetics just good ethics now exomorphs mesomorphs have a easier time losing wait/hard time gaining it but endomorphs are ultimately stronger with the same training sure aesthetics are cool but all that chiseled muscle wont help you much in the strength department as someone who was built to be strong if they put in the work like a endomorph but studies show that even with those body type being what they are they do not ultimately affect your genes being a enomorph wont always mean strength if you don't use it and even if you did you could habe soft tissue and cant do as much as others while a mesomorph might have a hard time loosing fat and gaining muscle due to genes and a exomorph might get jacked asf do to hereditary genes passed on. Also noone is perfectly symetrical no abbs are perfect in measure no shoulders are completely straight thats false chief sure a freak of nature(never seen one yet) could be perfect in shape but not height his left titty will be bigger than the right his right nipple may be darker than the left lmao noones perfect👌 but im a endomorph im only 6"1(i add an extra couple of centimeters) im 257 pounds i have the strongman gene(herculean chromosome) and my body fat is at my own PR 31 percent so im happy i started working out a year ago im not trying to sound like a dick i just love the bodys anatomy and gene theory so ill have a discussion with you no need to be hostile friend but from what im seeing in the video im not impressed they look like your everyday gym goer in my country just shorter and skinnier. But what body type are you? Height reach body fat workout diet thst helps you etc? Im genuinely interested one day i want to develop a program that helps everyone lose weight and see what there genes have to offer them btw im bald as a new born baby and example of a bad hereditary trait from my father but i inherited alot of good things and a mutation because of the way my family eats and what they eat(its my own theory why it happened) its a curse not a blessing believe me. Oh btw my testosterone level is 1247ng/dl as of december 2020 but its probably different since i changed my diet whats yours?
