Dalyan | Iztuzu Beach | How Much Does a Dolmus and Taxi Boat Cost?
In the 4th episode, we spend a day at Iztuzu Beach, which lies about 25-30 minutes outside of Dalyan. There are 2 popular ways to travel to and from the beach, Dolmus (the local bus service) and the taxi boat.
We jump on the dolmus, showing the cost to travel to Itzuzu Beach. The drop off point is outside the Turtle Rehabilitation Centre, at the south end of the beach.
On arrival, we head into the Turtle Rehabilitation Centre, also known as DEKAMER. We show you around the centre and give a background to how the centre was set up, the purpose and the kind of work carried out here.
We then take the short walk to the beach to spend the rest of our day here. We show you around and give you an idea of the prices at the local beach bar.
After some time to relax, we walk to the north end of the beach, where we take a taxi boat back to Dalyan, again, showing the cosy of this.
Once back in Dalyan, we review our day and give our thoughts on Iztuzu Beach

Thank you, glad you approve 😁 It is a hot walk, especially in 35 degrees hear. At least there was a nice breeze and could keep the feet cool in the sea.
Dalyan is the best place in Turkiye! not the cheapest, but certainly the chill-est!

It's definitely a unique beach for sure. Nice long stretch too and definitely worth visiting some time. I miss the kittens, everytime we went past day and night they'd come running out to see us, miss those little guys, they were so canny.

Oh my, that opening aerial shot is so stunning! The turtles are bringing both sad and happy tears over here. That beach is so nice - love the surrounding hills! Wow, can't wait to see the ancient city in the next one!!! Cheers, you two! ❤

Yeah the poor turtles, they're so majestic the way the swim about but horrible to see some of them the way they were. At least they are in the right place and being looked after I guess. Hope you are both enjoying your travels.
I’m a bit late this morning, but always good to see that blue sky again, giving me some good ideas for our Turkey trip next June, where staying close to Antalya, but I’m guessing the attractions are all very similar.

Well you can always go back and watch from the start 😊 I can't really say much about Antalya as we've never been, only been around this area of Turkey in the past. I think Antalya maybe a lot busier than Dalyan though.
