Can you review the Mercer 7 inch meat cleaver? I would like to know how it compares to your other sets.
Do you think the obliterator will be suited for a cooking knife? chopping vegetables, cutting meat and so on?

The Obliterator is a really really really heavy knife. If you want a daily use chopper you want a cleaver or at most the ravager. I think the Obliterator would just be too much to use for every task. It’s awesome though.
