Dallas and Houston are massive. You can drive 2-3 hours in either direction and still be in the metro area. They both have legit hoods as well as rich black areas.

I’m not going to argue with you fam because Dallas do got thick fine ass chicks. I never been to Houston but I can imagine the women being just as thick as Dallas chicks. But I gotta say Atlanta got thick ones too, not like Dallas but it’s not like they far behind. New Orleans have some thick ones too, but not like Dallas. So thick fine chicks yeah ima say Texas got it. But Miami has the most beautiful women, at least in the southern places/states/city’s/.

That’s why most Blacks and Hispanics get along here cus if it’s about the money it’s no problems..It’s not as aggressive or grimy like ya. Chicago’s, New Orleans or Midwest cities I’ve been to. Having lived in Dallas my whole life, I know exactly where you were driving. Those were definitely low income housing areas. Seeing a car wreck just there out of the blue, very very common. Yup, I know exactly where you were driving, those speed bumps shock everyone driving down the road. Free tip, if you see a car with its lights out at night driving along the road opposite you in the hood, don't blink your lights to warn them their headlights are off. That is a gang initiation, and the first car to blink their lights at them they will follow, beat you down and may even kill you as part of their gang initiation. Just a free tip from someone who grew up in Dallas, TX.

He toured the southside of Houston, First part is driving through South Union area, Southlawn complex by Cullen middle school and up n down Scott street. Then 3rd ward and what is called the Bottom in 3rd ward, also he went through the Quiny home area which is across from TSU and JY high school. Then he drove down Macgowan street where Ralston liquid store been there since the 1970's. If he would have went on the other side of 3rd/midtown by Emancipation park where most of the shot guns houses were sold n that area was revitalized. Thats the old part of 3rd ward were he toured not the new part. Of course if u ride in low income / housings areas that's exactly what u going to see in any cities u go too.✌🏽

I know Houston so well because I used to be a army recruiter at the gulf gate recruiting station when it used to be there. A 7:03 of this video is where the store scene from Jason's lyric was film. If people remember fast Freddy dancing. The store is Ralston. Its still open and going strong.

They do look alike in a lot of the run down areas, but they look more different in the working, and middle class areas. Dallas has a lot of west coast influence, and also southern. Houston is straight up deep south. Crime wise I would say pretty close, both have good and really rough areas Dallas might be slightly worse crime wise.

@@CharlieBo313 I read this comment agreed, and press like. Then I google both of their statistics out of curiosity and Houston looks like it has a good deal higher amount of murders, rapes, robberies, etc. per year. Maybe the per capita is higher for Dallas. I know Houston has a more laid back vibe. Dallas has more tension in the air to me.

Kyng I think you get a lot of people from Louisiana migrating to Houston in search of jobs etc. I think it’s been that way since the end of the civil war when freed slaves couldn’t really find work in those rural areas.
