When I was 12 I worked that area passing out flyers door to door for Ford furniture co. They rented furniture, tvs, and wigs. Yes,wigs. Every morning we would stop at the Pig Stand on Forest ave.(now mlk) and I would play “in the ghetto” on the jukebox. I only got beat up once that summer. I’ve always wondered what would’ve happened had I been an adult and not a skinny little white boy. It was an experience, something not everyone can say they did.

A lot of construction and people walking around... turn up your game. Hit the streets after 12:00 AM

Every town has its grubby neighborhoods with ugly strip centers. MLK in Dallas is no different. I lived in Dallas a few years, drove through this neighborhood a few times. Occasionally at night you might see some prostitutes. Not sure what you expected to see during the daytime. There is a really good doughnut shop around there, serves the doughnuts warm. And there was this one little pink house that always had a chair on its roof. I never saw anyone sitting in it, though.

U ever toyht of talking yo the audience and letting them kno why it's dangerous..? I thought of doing this I'm from the streets and could expose a lot man there's a lot of stuff going on in dallasi would really love to educate ppl on the streets but I don't want to expose ppl at the same time so I'm better off just knowing myself lol
