I'm excited for the new chapter ahead once our conservative Mr Olympia has finished his run, not taking anything from him, but what makes everything is exciting in this sport is seeing the limits guys push their bodies too. Phil has a winning package so he won't do something to drastically change if he wants that record of 10 Olympia's. Guys like Dallas though... you really have to show support for somebody trying and succeeding at pushing our boundaries.

Such a paradox that that amazing body and all that exercise looks the epitomy of good health whereas it is actually so unhealthy it killed him at age 26!

S K true but if there’s people out there who smoke and drink til their nineties, moderation is key. Ronnie was still natty apparently at 26 to put things in to perspective as to how young Dallas really was. You’re technically not done fully developing til 25 ish the longer you can hold off on gear the better

A really good example of why taking enough steroids to kill a horse is a really bad idea. His autopsy showed that he was one of the most unhealthy ppl on planet earth. Listen to all the Pro's from 25 years ago. They just shake their head at the amount of drugs guys are using these days. Unfortunately a LOT of body builders think copious amounts of steroids is a replacement for hard work in the gym. Nothing could be further from the truth!

Abs to train longer, harder, to put in more work. Why be natural and limited to an hour to two a day in the gym and 2 week recovery time when you can train 4 hours twice a day
