CeeDee Lamb skipping Cowboys’ OTAs is not a surprise. That’s been the expectation for a while now. And while it’s not a holdout, just pretending there’s nothing going on here is just burying heads in the sand. Lamb wants a new deal. He doesn’t have one. Until he does, he might not show up.

OTAs: May 21-23, 29-31
Mandatory Minicamp: June 4-6

Micah Parsons is also not at the start of Cowboys’ OTAs, but that might be temporary. Parsons, per the Dallas Morning News, is expected to report next week, for the 2nd round of OTAs. In the meantime, he’s working out with a trainer. This is a different scenario than Lamb’s, because it’s not contract-related.
Cowboys news from Micah Parsons on if he’s bothered by fans doubting him: “It doesn’t bother me because I know I’m putting in the work. It more bothers me that people would think that I’m not doing everything I imagine possible to be the best player I can be to help win a championship. It’s more of that. … The greatness, the spirit, it’s all in me, and I want it more than anybody. “The [playoff] loss hurts. I’m not worried about no money, no nothing. That failure sits deep more than anything else.”

Micah should be a leader and a leader should be there.
If Tolbert can get 500-600 yards and 4 TDs, that's a huge help to this offense. Like Tom said, just makes the plays when called upon.

I'd be happy with that production!
I think all of our wrs will do pretty well this season as last season when we started being pass heavy dak and lamb and cooks all did very well. And of course we will have to be very pass heavy this season as we have a poor running back room. So yes, I think there is a chance jalen Tolbert will break out.

Cee Dee came out with terrible attitude against Green Bay! He threw the offense out of sync! Dak was letting Cee Dee lead him into bad decisions! Forcing the ball into double coverage! That part is on Dak! Dak should have been experienced enough to go elsewhere & take the right opportunities with Lamb! I know I’m right about it! COWBOYS ya’ll got to see this or you will never win!
I can't imagine Jerry Rice missing a training, whatever the situation... one of the biggest. I respect their behaviour, but I think they need to be humble. To be humble it doesn't make you less important.
