It's from a commercial series for Klondike bars. Basically people do crazy things to get the ice cream bars. It's pretty much iconic advertising here.

In the USA they have a candy bar called a Klondike bar, and there are a series of commercials which go 'What would you do for a Klondike bar?' (they're probably on KZread somewhere). The girl asked what Jensen and Jared would do for one, Jensen said there was almost nothing he wouldn't do, and Jared said he'd never had one, so Jensen pretended to be thoroughly offended and disgusted with his friend and walked off. Very funny. :)

He says "Rory." It's the name of the character his character dated in the show "Gilmore Girls."
