    Was it ever "grounded"?

Yes....they pumped in 1,250,000 gallons of water into the ballast tanks to stick it into the riverbed to keep it stable while they worked to unload the containers and debris.

"under the Key Bridge", "pulling and moving" with all those hand gesticulations. Let's face it; news delivery by about 6 people [he says, she says] doesn't get any better than this, now does it?

Maybe ABC can spring for some airline tickets to fly them home.

The crew is still stuck inside the ship, unable to contact the outside world. If the US government officials wants to investigate, then investigate, atleast provide the crew with basic needs like food, water, medicines, etc. Their mobiles have been taken away by the US government officials. The truth is, the crew is not getting their basic needs. It's becoming a mental turmoil for the crew. It will surely affect the crew physically and psychologically. If anyone of them die starving, will any US officials take the responsibility of their death?

2 months just to get the ship moving?! American ingenuity at its finest. At this rate they’ll have a new bridge by 2050.

They should sink it when they off load the containers and make a coral reef out of it

Why? The lifespan of a container ship is 20-30 years. The MV Dali is less than 10-years old. There is too much invested in her to scrape a repairable container ship which probably has another couple of decades of earning potential in her. At the very least, her current owners would probably sell her to pay off some the sizable liability they can expect out of this disaster.

She left dock not sea worthy with major electrical shorts, known high voltage and low voltage circuits tripping hugebreakers. This her "good crew and captain" set sail to sea and dumb thumbed it, knocked down abillion dollar bridge, killed 6. She's a floating crime Scene and her captain and crew are suspects in a mass murder so, all shore leave cancelled. Pipe no one ashore, Bosun.
