I broke my neck July 2 2006 and was transformed into a body with quadriplegia . The teachings of His Holiness on "keeping a strong mind of positivity" was the ONLY thing that guided me through my "down time". Now I visit recently injured patients in ICU wards across the city spreading the word of His Holiness. When they see my happiness and inner peace... its contagious.

@onixspace he is not just a normal man. He does not live like a normal man nor does he preach it. He is a great teacher because he gives great teaching. He is a good man because is speaks with great goodness. To call and point is to first notice and then examine the action of what we may see that is outside but figure what is in side. Like all computers, we may not how it is ran when we open it up, but not know where it is made. nirvana is to find what makes what is that.

I don't understand. While Americans talk about separation of church and state all the time they embrace the idea that Dalai Lama is trying to become a political leader

@lbhlbhlbh Trying? He was selected at age five, groomed and installed shortly thereafter. He did much better than most people underneath the burden of leading a nation. I would have been out of there by sixteen.

He was a real Han Chinese, but the reincarnation system made him the Holliness of Tibet in last century. I love Budhism, the most I love is the people live in Tibet. But I cannot agree with what Dalai Lama simply I found he didn't tell truth for many events, regardless others' propagations since I have found these from my own resources. Sadly, his mission is about over and the west will do everything to use the residual value of such a character, which made him a sad political puppet.

He is not holiness person.person who lie cannot be a spritual person because he tells about Buddha's birth place in india.actually Buddha was born in nepal. Red potato why u criticise buddism as well as holy land nepal as per Indian needs "indian broker "
