Canonically, destroying every "cell" of Nightmare's body doesn't work because he doesn't have a physical form. He's made out of pure negativity, not actual living matter. He's literally just sentient negative energy. The only reason why he knows of who he or Dream is being because of the old memories of the real Nightmare (which is dead) and because of the consciousness of the human who killed their mother (the Tree before becoming a tree).

2:05 The advice to not approach actually doesn't matter with Dust/Murder. That is, if we are taking the canon version - the one, that hates killer, sees Horror as a kindred soul and the one, that would backstab nightmare at any given chance. His main goal - return to his timeline. He would never exchange it for anything. He would never accept help. If he is in other AU's - he would just stay in background (you could even call him introvert). He won't attack first, only self-defense. He also understands that his phantom Papyrus - imagination (he could still see him after reset. And phantom Papyrus - is pretty mean, unlike Papyrus - who is kind).

As the result, he hasn't eat anything in 7 year(since when the order was announced.) because he make himself a rule : "Never eat humans, so basically, he always is hungry. What happened to him in the video? Maybe he is fighting himself for not to eat the human in front of him. Or else, maybe he just lost his patient?(he has some mental problem because of extreme starving)

14:06 Horror is actually the weakest out of these three. Like, Murder and Killer - the classic Sans that is multiple times above the canon Sans (that is if we don't take the canon Killer. I heard, that he solo'ed Ink or somewhat?). And Horror can't really use a lot of magic, only traps and pure physical strength. Edit: Horror is always hungry. Though, when he felt the burned skin of Aliza - he lost control on himself and was EASILY knocked out by Papyrus. Though, he did ripped off Aliza's arm

The player can go against him for thousands of resets (Dust - this name became canon, though the original - murder. Anyway, Murder gets better with each reset and his lv is random everytime, maximum 20). Player can also delete this savefile (or the memories of Sans) and basically "reset the difficulty", though they can also stop it... Which could be considered as a happy ending (though, for me, it's like a nightmare that never happened). And, they can just leave him alone (though, he would never be caught off-guard, if they came back. He just won't t believe that they left).
