“I’d blind myself to see it” is an amazing lyric

I'm still constantly replaying this album. The writing and arrangements are first class. Riley is a powerhouse and I just love the tone of Sam's voice. I grew up on Fleetwood Mac and this soundtrack fits right in

This entire album is astonishing and contains the magical nostalgia of the 70s. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the lyrical and melodic arrangements. It’s PERFECTION.

Everyone’s talking about the low vocals, meanwhile I’m just over here vibing to my favourite song the album. Remember this is technically a 70’s album, which a lot of the time the songs had low vocal mixing in them. Anyway the second half of this song is sooo good! 😩

She is Elvis Presley's grand daughter and she has some of his magic, doesn't she? Riley blew me away to say the least

The tvshow isn't out yet and i'm already dead on the floor sobbing

So great. Wish I could remix this to put Riley and Sam's vocals more on the top of the mix because they are really awesome singers. Also, how about Sam Claflin being english and singing in an American accent on top of everything else.

​@@theunseen3 "Honeycomb" is the lyric on the booklet of the album. There are many mistakes in the printed lyrics for many songs on it. I have it, and I was really confused while listening to the songs and reading the lyrics

I have no words to describe how this song is making me feel. It's absolutely stunning I'm in tears near the end...

This song as absolute f'in perfection. From the vocals, especially the background vocals in the second half of the song, to the guitar. The second half really gives that 70's feel. Just wow. I've been rocking out to this album in my car! lol If they ever did a tour there would be a lot of sold out venues. I can't wait to see how this show does at the Emmy's and Grammys. To Riley, you're a rock star with a great voice. You should really consider doing more singing and releasing an album.

They got nominated and I thought it was the most impressive soundtrack, but nobody was going to beat Barbie this year. Also it's very rare for a tv show soundtrack to win.

A little Lynyrd Skynyrd influence in this one also. And jumping to another era Riley channels Alanis a bit in few of those vocals. Editing this...I say more Delores O'Riordan now upon reflection.

Okay, so, even if this is supposed to be an album from the seventies. I swear I have heard songs from the 70s that have better mixing than this. I believe the mixing needs to be fixed Also, sometimes accuracy just doesn't help. The low vocals sound annoying to my ears tbh.

Mixing for Riley's voice is awful. Can barely hear her on most of these tracks.

Her voice is pretty clear in her solo efforts (as Daisy) such as Two against Three and several that are on the tv series but not on the Aurora album: It was Always You, By Myself, Nobody Needs. The mixing is different from the rock tracks.

Plenty of acoustic tracks now out and parts of studio rehearsals, etc. where you can hear the quality of Riley's voice. It's solid. The mixing wasn't done to try to hide her voice.
