I love your vlogs Somin, although I don't always see them on my account haha. In your video you mentioned that most of your hair is dry or damaged due to the different factors of being an artist. So I thought I'd give you some tips that I learned in my self-care course and I hope they help you. 1.- Wash only your scalp with a neutral or natural shampoo since shampoos with perfumes dry out the hair. I mention only the scalp because it is what causes sebum in the hair. Also avoid holding it with your hands so often since they are not always clean due to factors such as dust and sweat. 2.- Apply cream treatments to damaged or dyed hair 2 times a week, only from the middle to the ends or, where appropriate, absorption vials (these are very good for repairing bleached hair) 3.- Never apply Silica or oily products to the hair since these with the effect of the sun... They have the same effect as a frying pan on the fire and damage the structure of the hair from the inside. 4.-Apply two-phase products but do not dry them with the dryer, it is better that you let them act on your hair since otherwise the product will only evaporate and it will not fulfill its function. 5.- Trim your hair every 3 or 4 months to eliminate split ends or damaged areas. 6.- Avoid tying your hair when it is wet, better wait until it is dry. Likewise, avoid tying it with rubber bands or hair bands. 7.- Avoid applying gel, spray and other styling products too often. Also avoid using straighteners, curlers and dryers on your hair continuously. 8.- Before using any styling machine, apply thermo protectors to your hair, this helps to minimize damage to your hair. I hope the advice helps you and that the health of your hair improves. I send you lots of love and hugs from Mexico.
