I think the girls not having eyes is a subversion of an old trope that I mostly saw in visual novels, where it was usually male main characters who don't have eyes because they're supposed to be 'blank-slate' self-insert characters, so in this show it's the opposite- the female supporting characters don't have eyes.

Nah, its more like each episodes are meant to be in the pov of the protagonists, which in this case, the boys. The blank face of the girls represents how boys don't really know what the girls are thinking, and all the dialogues and monologues are from the perspective of the boys, hence the blank face. The girls are like foreign entities for the boys. On the scenes where the girls are actively participating with the scene and interact, they showed their face, like the girls school student council president, or the standalone episodes of the high school girls at the end of some episodes. Its also becoming kind of inside joke where the guys literally can't remember the faces of the girl.

Fun fact about the voice actors: • Hidenori's (Brown haired kid) voice actor voices Joseph Joestar from Jojo's bizarre adventures • Yoshitake's (Yellow haired kid) voice actor voices Kakashi (Correction: Sukea) from Naruto • Tadakuni's (black haired kid) voice actor voices Ishida from the Silent voice

Nope it's not Kakashi's real voice actor, but he voiced him when he was disguised as "Sukea" (google him if you don't remember). He also voiced Chomei and Utakata from Naruto so you can edit your comment ;)

The voice acting on those scenes felt so genuine. Even the chuckles felt like the actor almost bursting into laughter reading the script

There's clips after the ending every time. This one is a standalone, the rest all go together.

If you guys ever watch Gintama (which is even more funny than this) Brown haired guy has the same voice as Sakata Gintoki Blonde haired guy has the same voice as Okita Sougo And later on a lot more of them appear since they're both by studio sunrise

Now you guys have to (it is required by law) react to nichijou/ my everyday life, which is basically the girl’s version of the daily lives of high school boys, it’s iconic and just as hilarious

I'm gonna be honest with you, there were some episodes that were like super dry (We recorded the last two episodes yesterday). Overall though, the series was enjoyable, but it had highs and lows in my opinion at least.

So happy this series is getting the recognition that it deserves cause this one is like one of the funniest series out there and it's relatable as hell lol. Hidenori(Glasses dude) is my favorite cause he is voice by the legend Tomokazu Sugita who voice Sakata Gintoki from Gintama which is my favorite anime of all time. I usually watch an anime before a reaction but I need a good laugh after studying for a test for 7 hours.

Not sure if you've seen it already, but another Anime I would recommend is School Rumble. It's a funny series with a pretty wholesome delinquent main protagonist.

I forgot the feeling of having someone to laugh with while watching anime ever since my guy friend moved out of the town. Thankful that I bumped into these guys and idk which one of you that really sounds like his laugh. Damn, it’s fun but sad at some point 😅

For the first episode, I think at the end of the song they made a statement saying the song was a stand in for the actual ending song because they were being lazy and didn’t have the real one done yet

@@Reanimatedyt Its seriously hard to explain, and even harder to recommend it. (Not because its bad but because its unique and it might not be for everybody). But if I should explain it. Basically its about supernatural oddities and solving them. Its monologue/dialogue based anime with mix of comedy and later on action. Its one of a kind anime and I havent seen anything like it to this day.

Oh god yes, first Semblance of Sanity started a reaction to this a couple weeks ago and now you guys too? Nichibros is so absurd and doesnt rely on as many japanese specific jokes/scenarios like in other comedies like nichijou or gintama

Amplo we finished the series. It definitely wasn’t bad, but with the highs it also had lows. Like there were a handful of acts that were just dry humor imo. Overall though it’s not bad.
