Yeah it was the Man with the 10 stone testicles. His name was Wesley Warren Jr and he suffered from scrotal elephantiasis which came about after striking his testicles while sleeping which resulted in them continously swelling up from lymphedema. It affected his quality terribly but he managed to have corrective surgery in 2013 which got them back to a normal size. However, he died a year later from complications from diabetes. A sad story in many ways.
