    It anyone comes back to watch this video I want to let you know it doesn’t matter what size you are or if you can’t to do flips your technique is what is important I’m really big not muscle just fat but I got on the team because of technique just to give people hope😝

    hey i hope it’s not too late. sharp movements. tight fists. put vaseline on your teeth, keeps you smiling. facial expressions, give emotion. energy above all. imagine you’re jamming out in your room. most importantly, use your diaphragm. that’s the core of your stomach. project from your stomach, not your throat, it’s okay if you sound like a dude. annunciate your words. don’t rush it. articulate. hope you make/made it ❤.

    Omg Emmy ilysm I did your toe touch stretch for a month and got amazing results I used to have a star looking toe touch and now it looks so much better you are a life saver tysmmmmm!!!!!

    Cheer season is next month for me. I really have to show out this year. I want to make Varsity and improve my balance so I can be a flyer again. Made JV last year, but wasn't that good, or prepared in the summer, so I hope this year I improve athletically and train. Thanks for this!!!

    Growing up my family was too poor to afford any gymnastics or cheer training so I never learned and it’s something I’ve always wanted to try, I’m entering my senior year of high school and I’m gonna try out my freshman year of college hopefully, I know I’m starting late but I know that if I’m determined I can do anything

    I’m gonna tryout for the middle school team and I’m currently a 5’4 10 year old who weighs 144 pounds with poor flexibility aiming to be a flyer. This video helps me a lot along with a balanced diet so thank 🫵🏾 for it 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

    Guys I’ve only ever done dance and my school only has a cheer team so that’s what I’m trying out for but I’m really nervous 😭, I’ve never cheered before and the only tumbling skills I have are cartwheels, handstands, round offs, and a bridge up from the floor but a lot girls have like a back tuck and stuff, tryouts are in less than a month, wish me luck!

    Hey! So I’m going to be a sophomore next year and tryouts aren’t until March but I wanna get started early so I can work on more skills to better my chance! Right now I am not flexible at all I used to be able to do a back bend but that was it. My high school cheer team it is almost impossible to make but I am determined to make it. I am going to slowly work on my jumps, tumbling, flexibility and more! If y’all have any tips for me please let me know!

    The only tip I can give is look confident even if you aren’t your whole job as a cheerleader is to hype up the crowd and the people playing on the team also at tryouts smile..Smile the entire time it makes you look hyped and that your excited to be there
