In 2018 Daigo Saito joined the RDS GP(russian drift series).On Toyota Mark 2.Daigo battled vs russian top pilots like Gocha,Tsaregradcev,Losev.Besides Daigo,in RDS performed Formula Drift Pilots - Kristaps Bluss,Matt Field,Odi Bakchis.D1GP pilots - Naoto Suenaga,Tetsuya Hibino.
Daigo ranked 2rd place of the season.
How did he perform in Russia,you will see in this video.
He plans to performend next season in RDS.
Daigo borned in 7 march 1980 (age 39)
in Saitama(Japan)
He was the first driver to win the two drifting majors, D1GP in 2008 and Formula D in 2012.

@@NoisyBoyDrift Man, u urself come from? I can't say anything about it cuz... I'm used to hear my native language :D but some guys making it more humorous than others. In computer games where ppl can drift gamers often attach the Japanese commentators to their videos :D especially when they sound excited about something. They find it fun. Thanks for ur vid!

@@NoisyBoyDrift First time watching RDS, I watched the Atron 2020, It seems like they have around 300 - 400 - 500 HP comp cars, I don't know if they have "Pro1" and Pro2" just like in FD. I'm not really sure so yeah, but the tracks are good, drivers are phenomenal

@@tsar2057 minimum power for rds is 800 to be competitive. there are 1000+ hp cars but we heve 265 tyre as a maximum, so increasing power more may do no good

It's nonsense how the first one he didn't win. Diago should had won that round honestly. The judges seem didn't want him to win. From the gap, he was consistently side by side and closer with the leader, and when leading he went all out creating bigger gap from the chaser. Well, not even from the first round, also when he faced Chivchyan. Smh even Japanese judges are playing fair as Gachi won in FD Japan at Tsukuba.

RDS has slightly different rules than Japan. There were completely different tasks and the main task was to observe the angle of the leader. Daigo failed this mission essentially. Tsaregracev had a greater angle of production than Daigo in both rounds.

In my opinion Only Arcadiy, Gocha, Evgeniy Vorobjev, dd Cabba, Evgeniy Losev are top drifters from RDS. RDS - Russian drift series - is top division or promouter in Russia, in general, but those I put above are top toppiest (especially Gocha and Arcadiy who are the first who created the drift movement in Russia in early years trying to popularise and to make it something more huge) thats why Daigo Saito battled putting most of the pressure against these drifters mentioned in the beginning (I mean keeping the possibly short distance) - except dd Cabba, didn't see on this video, haven't they battled yet?

У сайто рама у машины гнутая походу, при заходе в сильный угол у него противоположное повороту переднее колесо отрывается от асфальта, вот он и не вытягивает большие углы поворота, ну или что то с подвеской и развалом не так

The judges probably had a better perspective of the matches. Or maybe it's just biased.
I don't think the Russians like him very much lol. I feel that he won in the first video but Arcady can really drift though. I wish they weren't so bais against Daigo.

rds is a rule that the angle of the skid from catching up must be greater than or equal to the angle of the leader, and Daigo angle everywhere less in contrast to Tsaregradcev who went everywhere with a large angle

They ignored that Dai consistantly had pushed his nose inside of leading cars. Angle isn't as impressive as the line that allowed Saito to sit in that winning pocket on his trailing runs.

Думал насчет анлоязычных комментаторов,так как рассчитываю на англоязычную аудиторию.Но,там комментаторы очень монотонные.Например на 11:20. Русские комментируют живее,эмоциональнее.Со звуком моторов согласен.Но это чаще зависит от исходников трансляций.Если тупо подниму уровень звука,на монтаже,то речь комментатора будет звучать еще громче.Так как весь звук объединен в один канал.

デマはやめてください Rdsでのdossはいまだ調節中ですが 使わないという選択肢はないらしいです
Russian, euro, Japanese, Aussie drift events put formula drift to shame in my opinion
To much horsepower for drift, fist run was very bad, drift car must be limited to 500 600 to see the drivers skill.....like wrc that is limited to 300 or so on

На этапе на NRING даиго конкретно засудили, да он ехать с меньшим углом, но это нельзя приравнивать ко всем косякам цареградцева! Отвратительный этап в котором не было справедливости.

По мне так, Царь поставлялся весьма по царский. Угол конечно шикарный. И в последнем повороте, Сайто выпрямился. В любом случае, оба шикарные пилоты!

английский комментатор унылый до ужаса. В целом подборка класс, я бы посмотрел видео поподробнее насчет сгоревшего двигателя у Дайго.

Andy FD judge, set the rules, that most important were angles and same trajectory. But i'd say it was a 50/50 run, both pilots did great👍

@@WALLBANGseries and the commentary shouting through out the run OOGOL - which means Angle.... It is commentated through the run that the angle is worse it will cost a lot of points.
