In Boruto; kazuma is kashin koji and van zieks is jigen.

All the VAs are people I've heard countless times! It's crazy. Van Ziek is just evil Nanami, Ryuunosuke is smarter Connie from aot, Susato is Ichika from QQ, and even Kazuma is the BOY Gojo. English VAs sound great too but I really want to play this game with JP voices, it'll be so fun!

what an avalanche of great character design - i LOVE the jury characters each one is lovingly animated you get an idea of what their life must be like outside of court and what their personality is - some of my favorites are the russian revolutionary, the girl thats eating corn all the time, the old man who cant hear well, the rich lady that runs the gas company. Its also great that many of them have a prop that relates to their character

(just making a note for myself) 1:12 - asougi’s voicelines in dgs1 7:45 - his voicelines in dgs2 but thank you for posting these! i was able to get the dlc for dgs1 but i didnt have the translations so i had no idea what they were saying gjjdksldjdk. i hope if this game does get localized, all the supplementary material like the dlc and the artbooks also gets translated. there’s so much interesting behind-the-scenes info im really curious about. thanks for the upload!

This is when you realize there is a vast difference between some JP text and EN text too. For example with Van Zieks: JP: "Objection! How foolish! I will not allow this farce!" EN: "Objection! My Lord, with all due respect, this is an outrage! The prosecution refuses to accept this decision!"

These games have so much effort, like giving voices to all the characters? Main series doesn't even do that!

Susato's voice is a blessing. Actually, every voice is great, but Susato gets special points from me. Can't believe she's voiced by the same actress as Nadia Fortune.

I still can't believe that Ryunosuke and Kazuma's seyus voiced the two other characters I like (Satoshi Mochida and Yoshiki Kishinuma) in other game. And they are best friends too! Why isn't anyone talking about it---

Awesome job!! I was actually planning to do this years ago, but the video wouldn't have looked anywhere near as professional as you made it anyway. I know you had help, but still. I didn't even expect to see this many voice clips! This would've been a lot more work for me than I expected. I'm very impressed with this video!! And sadly, no. I haven't seen either of those games yet. Just a little bit of the first episode and that's it.

hold on because asougi sounds very familiar i wonder why edit: just watched halfway into the video and these are all definitely professional voice actors..... i recognize most of them edit 2: just watched the whole video. turns out, ryu, asougi and barok are all voiced by some well known vas in the anime industry! ryu is voiced by the same va as connie springer and zenitsu and no wonder he sounded so familiar. the other two too. by the way, keep up the good work! this video looks really professional. i love it.

Thank you so much!! And yes, actually I'm pretty sure every main character's VA is well known: Hiro Shimono, Yuuichi Nakamura, Kana Hanazawa, Shinji Kawada, Misaki Kuno and Kenjiro Tsuda. I'm a big seiyuu fan, it's really good hearing voice actors you're very familiar with. Barok's voice actor (TsudaKen) also voiced Kristoph Gavin in one of the voiced trailers for AA4. Love his voice very much ehehe

"Zvarri" just comes from the Japanese word "zubari" (which is what she's saying here)

@@ProPinkist I'm afraid I don't know who the va is, no :,< the problem with the dgs voice actors is that in the end credits it only tells you who voices the main cast+Auchi+narrator, and the other vas listed are not assigned to specific characters... it's just their names all together. We might never know who voices the dear eggy boy, unless someone else can recognize the person behind it 💔

Holy god! I can’t believe the main characters got their voice on DLC! It took a long time for the voice actors to voice the main cast! I thought DGS didn’t have voice clips for minor characters just like the other AA game. Do you think that the characters (including the main cast) have the same multiple voice actors or they use the high-pitched and low-pitched to voice them?

Hmm this is just my opinion but I think they're voiced by multiple voice actors. A lot of them sound different from each other. Maybe some of them share the same voice actor, but a lot of them seem to be different people

This happens on occasion with Juror No. 1 in the case with Magnus McGilded and it happens on occasion with Harebrayne, however, it happens most persistently with Jezaille Brett and William Shamspeare. 彼女は「待った！」と言おうとします。しかし、不具合が発生し、彼女のボイスクリップが読み込めません。これはマグナス・マクギルデッド事件の陪審員1号で時折起こり、ヘアレインでも時折起こるが、ジェザイル・ブレットとウィリアム・シャンズピアでは最も頻繁に起こる。

Those chibis are actually rubber strap designs... so you can have them, but at a price! They came out some years ago.

Susato's voice is really similar to Miss Crane from FGO, same seiyuu? nevermind they're not

Why do all AA characters say 待った! instead of the more accurate 待って! 待った means waited.

I think what you wrote at the bottom explains well enough why I didn't put any of the cutscene clips 😅 I responded to a similar comment that asked about Susato's lines at the start of DGS2, but basically this video is here just to show the voice clips they have in court, like Objection/Hold it like in every Ace Attorney Voice Clips video (and the DLC clips are cool and I didn't see anyone post them, so I took that chance). If someone wanted to also show the voice acting from other scenes, it'd honestly be just faster to make a compilation of all cutscenes in one big video 😂 Thank you for your comment!!!

So all the characters in the Japanese version have their own voice lines dubbed whenever they shout out in court? Meanwhile the English version left a lot of them undubbed. Man, that's disappointing.

Only in the English localization. The characters Sherlock Holmes and John Watson are still under copyright in the US.

I wish if in like the first trial and when 2 Japanese people speak to each other they speak in Japanese but with an English sub and when they are in court they would speak English with a Japanese sub- So like, when Susato is talking to Ryunosuke, they speak in Japanese but when Ryunosuke is talking to van Zieks, they speak in English- But if it’s, let’s say a German dub of the anime, the Japanese people would speak Japanese but with a German sub and when they speak to Sherlock Holmes for example, they would speak in German with an English sub.

Especially because in canon, when they're in London, Ryu and Susato talked to each other with english (shown with how Susato called Ryu both "Mr. Naruhodo" and "Naruhodo-san") but I'm guessing IF we get an anime adaptation of course they will speak Japanese (even tho in-universe they're speaking in english) all the time even in London (unless it's story appropriate like when Jezaille Brett was mocking the language)🥲 maybe they will differentiate it with Susato calling Ryu "Naruhodo-san" and "Mistaa (Mister in Japanese pronouncation) Naruhodo" I don't really like dubs but I know the dub version will be more faithful to the story and setting of the game🤣
