Recipe ingredients:-
Ingredients for imli chutney(tamarind)
200 gms imli(tamarind)
100 gm dates(khajoor)
400/gm gur(jaggery)
1/2 tsp Kala namak (black salt)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp saunth (ginger)powder
1/4 tsp saunf powder (fennel seed)
Melon seeds for garnish (optional)
Ingredients for green chutney
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
5-6 green chillies
2 tbsp besan ki bundi
1 small bunch of coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt according to taste
Ingredients for spice mix:-
Whole spices:-
Zeera(cumin )seeds 1/2 cup
Dhania seeds(coriander seeds)
Kali mirch (black pepper)powder
4 red chilli
Ground spices:-
Kala namak(black salt)
Chat masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
A handful of dried pudina (mint) leaves
Sweet curd:-
1 small bowl curd( beaten )
2-1/2 tsp sugar
For chat:-
7-8 gol grappas
2-3 potatoes (chopped)
1 cup boiled black chana(black chickpeas)
1 chopped onion(small)

Green chutney
Sweet curd

Red chilli powder
